The Spa was good. The room wasnt ready at 3pm had to wait for 1.5 hr only to receive the wrong room. Another room was prepare which took another 45 mins!! Not all staff friendly. Information on room and facilities poor. Breakfast good but the rest of the food was terrible, my husband got food poisioning and lost two days of our five day trip plus the loss of time on arrival . All in all a disaster. Will not be returning

Great hotel! Very modern. Nice rooftop food area! Also, has two nice heated pools indoor and outdoor. Large, clean, and very modern rooms. Loved the stay!

4th time in this hotel that have great comfort in the rooms, lovely pools (outside roof and inside spa pool). an attentive serviceteam and the greatest breakfast you can imagine. we'll come back again soon.

Amazing hotel, excellent service from the personnel in reception and I will give 10 stars to the guys in the restaurant and the bar. If there something they can be better at is the service in the spa, grumpy receptionist, and a bit rude.

Very nice spa and sauna. Good size rooms and bathrooms very spacious and clean. Had very nice jazz singer and piano on Friday. I would highly recommend this hotel.

After I informed them I would not be arriving for my first stay, the staff at Epic SANA never informed me that I would need to contact Expedia to inform them of this. Then, while on-site, the concierge advised me of this but did tell me that if Expedia contacted the hotel, they could adjust it and remove it the first night. Once Expedia contacted them, they told them that nothing could be done. I feel that the communication was extremely poor, and I also got no help from Expedia.

Such a wonderful stay. The staff are so kind and accommodating. They go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible. We really felt relaxed here. The breakfast is excellent and the pool is stunning. The rooms are quiet, modern and comfortable. We will be back!

Came to celebrate our one year anniversary. We started at Lisboa. As we walked in we were instantly greeted by the staff. Our check in was quick. I was surprised at how cozy and clean it was we got to our room. The breakfast was amazing!! I have to give a special shout out to employee Heredia. She worked the bar. She was very attentive and very helpful with everything. I definitely recommend staying at Epic Sana Lisboa and ask to meet Heredia!!!!!

this was our first stay at Epic Sana Lisboa. Everything about this place was fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again - the room was wonderful, the service was fantastic. It's in a very easy location and is walkable to so many places. This is one of the only places in Lisbon with a rooftop pool, but they definitely do not have enough space for all of the hotel guests - especially when there are families with children. too many kids at the pool, in general.

Fabulous stay at Epic Sana. Everything was perfect from the room, amazing breakfast and really friendly staff the rooftop pool was great after a long day exploring Lisbon. Only slight negative was not always being able to secure a sunbed by the pool but not sure there was anywhere else to add capacity. We would definitely recommend and stay again if we return to Lisbon.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel! The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was unlimited water offered. The shower was the best!

Absolutely beautiful hotel in Lisbon’s business center. It’s a great area and quiet since it’s not in the touristy, congested area of Lisbon but within short walking distance Avenue de Liberace. The staff are all friendly and and amazing. They were always happy to answer any questions I have or requests. There are a lot of dining options within a block or 2 of the hotel and Amoreiras shopping center is pretty much next door. The hotel does have several excellent dining options and served food around the clock. From the moment I arrived at the hotel to when I checked out, my experience was above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Lisboa.

Wonderful 3 nights at this Epic hotel. ⁰Everything about the hotel is 5 star. Rooms and facilities within the room are well designed. Lots of storage room for clothes. Shower was divine. Breakfast provided so much choice ...It was set out beautifully from chia coconut pudding to tofu with vegetables, lactose free yoghurt, cheeses , cold meats, breads ,pastries...amazing selections of fresh fruits...the presentation of the food was a culinary delight. Spa was very relaxing..pool was wonderful temperature and everything of high standard. Gym was more than adequate and was used by many guests( testament to it having decent equipment). Big enough to have a stretch area / weights/ barbell / treadmills etc. Clean and tidy. Outdoor pool was busy but it would be at peak times ..and weather was so hot! Poolside selection of food and drinks was very good ... Outside terrace ...wonderful. Lounge area ...wonderful. Presentation of bar snacks...coffee with its little accompaniments was why this hotel can say it is 5 star.. Will definitely be staying in this group of hotels on my next trip to Portugal...was very sad to leave as 3 nights was NOT enough. Obrigado

Amazing hotel with superb facilities, especially the rooftop pool. Breakfasts were really good with really polite staff there and also very nice staff by the rooftop pool too. I would however say that the charge for overnight parking is extortionate which is a shame and lead us to try to find alternative parking in nearby places in residential areas which left us feeling a tad unsafe at 5 a.m when we needed to get back to the airport.

Its far from any touristic areas. Gotta take the car anywhere you want to go. They use a strong essence in the hallways unbearable. The staff was nice.

I loved this hotel, I wish I had more time to spend. The rooftop pool was amazing specially the views. The rooms were very nice good size and comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent one of the best I had.

Beautiful property, clean, house keeping service was lacking, maybe short staff when we stayed. But overall great hotel would stay again.

The rooms are nice and modern. The breakfast was amazing! There were so many options in the buffet and everything was very tasty. The service was good. The pool on the roof has a beautiful view of the city. The location is great, just 10 min drive from all the touristic places.
