Great welcome and people. Nice big room with good amenities. Would like a recycling bin for bottles etc.
The towel holder in the bathroom fell off the wall and hit me in the foot - a wee screw in the base of that would stop it happening again.
Comfortable mattress, sheets like cardboard. Very clean sheets.
Everything i needed was there and the place was so close to the hospital, super convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay here on the property. Everything was tidy and beds were super comfortable for people who drove 5hrs & slept like a baby lol I would definitely recommend this place or come back.

Amazing thoughtful service and support for those visiting the hospital, including a lift up in time for early appointments so don’t have to handle the parking and willingness to consider anything else may need to make things easier. We had a great stay. We were in Hamilton for a couple of nights for the Kirikiriroa marathon which was conveniently walking distance from the start line. Room was comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful
