Very relaxing Hotel especially for family trip. Highly recommended

You have yo walk your way to the reception for any issues you have or use up your mobile phone and google the reception desk as they do jot provide then to you. the room is so bare - not for foreign tourists for sure. Very pricey food in the restaurants inside. Go somewhere else.

We stayed during the Holy Week in the Philippines. It’s not my first time in the property so I recommended it to the family and since the wave pool is already operating, I thought of that it would be fun together with my baby. To cut the story short the housekeepers stole my phone in the room.They didn’t have the signage for do not disturb and request for clean up. So I assumed that they will not do a clean up unless you request the front desk. I left my Samsung phone on the table not expecting that they will clean up.I also left my bag with cash and good thing that these boys didn’t touch it.Normally if we check in I keep all the valuable stuff in the luggage and lock it, they didn’t have a vault. Because of course that is a temptation to whoever will clean it up.We reported in the management and the security and saw in the CCTV the guys who cleaner it up from 1057H to 1104H, clean up for 9 minutes done by 2 people. They didn’t even replace the toiletries and the coffe cup used was still there. Probably they were planning on how to escape and get the phone. And it wasn’t lunch time yet after going out from our room Cabin 2017 they went to the stock room and stayed for 15min. So what did they do..... we arrived at 1309h and saw them to the next room to us.So then the investigation started. And of course as usual they didn’t state in their affidavit that they stole it. It’s just a phone and probably the worth isn’t too much. But it isn’t about it. It’s the integrity

The resort was very outdated. We were given a room that was not worth it for the price that we paid for. The toilet and bathroom sink was broken, was told that somebody will fix it, we waited for 3 hours then nobody came to fix it. The manager moved us to a different room, but still furnitures were broken. The beds were not safe to sleep with, the frames were not as good as it should be on a resort like this. Also, their floating restaurant that offers supposed to be fresh fish, it was so awful, there was so little water around it, a lot of mosquitoes because the water was already dirty and smelly. Overall, it was really a bad experience! Not worth it for the price you will pay!

No Wifi Access, Door Locks are hard to open

I book this trip as a gift for my family but according to my daughter whos vacationing in the Philippines the room thats given to them has many mosquito and red ants , the food that they bought for theirs supper the rice was spoiled and when they try to contact the reception is always busy so they dont want to book or use that hotel again thanks teresa

Our stay in Chateau Royale is not so good. It took more than 40 minutes waiting for us to be checked-in as the room was still being cleaned. When we enter the skyline building, it smell like an old place and upon entering the room, it was dusty. There was no towel and toilet paper. Unable to bear the smell of the room, we bought deodorizer and sprayed it all over the two bedroom unit.

The cleaness is very pooor the facility so dirty. The place is good but sad to say not satisfied...lot of mosquito.

Upon Check-In - we were requested to wait. It was unacceptable since it was past 2PM, the allowed check in time. The facilities were good although not in a very good & clean condition. From my point of view, the hotel lacks manpower, considering the delay in the food service (lunch time) was 1 hour waiting. Ordered food to take out to the room took 2 hours. Comfort room was big & spacious, but no tissue paper provided. No Foot Rug, Towels were grayish in color, Faucet was leaking & full of stains, Shower head barely releases water, looks like it is clogged with dirt & needs to be replaced. Bed was very uncomfortable - sagging in the middle. Complimentary water was only on the day of the arrival. No one cleans the room everyday, you still have to call them. Their Telephones, were not working - cannot contact front office or operator. TV sets needs to be replaced - speakers seems to release noise like cooking pop-corn.

They have multiple facilities that you can enjoy with like wave pool, kiddie pool, trekker, activity areas, paint ball, zip line, easter egg hunting, etc.. Attendants are courteous and friendly, however, they need to improve on the check-in and check-out process to avoid customer inconvenience.

Service was generally good but condition of the room could be improved. spotted quite a number of spiders within the room itself.

It took them almost an hour to find my booking in Expedia. The front desk officer Called her manager to help her find the booking even though I showed them my email confirmation from Expedia . There were 5 of them huddled infront of the computer trying to find my booking while I stood there waiting to get checked in for almost an hour. It was a clear display of incompetency and lack of service to their customers. I wasn't offered anything at all and they couldn't fully explain why they couldn't find it- (they just didn't know how). I finally got to my cabin - which you need to drive to, and found it smelling like paint with a couple of dead roaches in the bathroom and living room. I couldn't stand it so I took my bags , went back to the reception and dropped the keys back . i didn't even last 5 minutes in that room. It was a total waste of money . All I got was frustration and Would never ever come back .

Breakfast is not bad. Hotel staff is very accommodating. The log cabin needs major renovation. Room is big but dull, television is out-dated, the mattress is old that you can feel the springs whenever you toss and turn. Bathroom has foul smell and has cockroach.
