I ended up in the motel part of that "hotel". It didn't smell very good and they only provide a small body hard soap. You will have thin walls and actually locked doors to the other motel rooms. The breakfast was standard. The terraces and water views are really nice though. Taking all of that into consideration, it is definitely an overpriced place
Avoid the motel part at least.

Nice hotel. The breakfast was good enough. There were not enough stuff for kids to do, for exemple a children's playground. Other than that all is good. The air-conditioner was hard to adjust.

They chargeed an extra 15$ to move to waterview for total 184$ for an ugly room that small humidity.

Great river view. No staff at all. I have seen 1 for the building doing it all. Continental breakfast is below average.
Place is clean but bar-roof top - outside tables are pretty much a ghost town. However, I am out of season by a couple weeks

Stayed in the old section of the motel I know they have better rooms then the one I had. I once stayed in the new section before and those rooms I was satisfied hope I stay in the new section next time I book a room. Thanks

This hotel is WAY overpriced. We stayed 2 nights. They did not make the bed, clean the bathroom or even pick up the dirty dishes and garbage from the room during our stay. We complained to the front desk and they said it was because of lack of personnel and that they posted a note on the counter which we should have seen at check in. The shower needs maintenance. The caulking is coming off a little more every shower we took. Continental breakfast was OK, but not great. Had much better experience at other hotels. Should definitely not be a $205 CDN a night for this kind of place. Was expecting a lot better.

Motel style room you need to take a Suite for the main building.

Everything was Ok, just a couple of details, when we arrived there was just a little soap to wash our hands, and to take a shower, we thought that would be automatically re-supplied but it was not the case.
When we left, we couldn't get the invoice in paper, but they told us that the invoice was going to be sent by email, and we haven't still received it.

The property is in a good location on the water close to down town. Staff were onsite 24/7 and were very friendly. Internet was good and the rooms were modern and spacious.

Located in the old section in a small room, small and old bathroom, for the price, very ordinary room and breakfast cheap and not very diversified and limited.

The Room was very clean and organized.
The breakfast was the same of all 3 days I was there so I think they can give more options.
And one employee was rude when we toast the bread on the toster, not everyone has the same culture so I think he could be more nice to the way he took to us.

It wasn't fair that they charge an extra fee for guests when we were 4 people 2 adults and 2 teenagers and had 2 queen beds!! There were no "extra guests". Our stay was good including breakfast but we will not go back because they gouge customers with the extra fee.
