Excellent guest service, very well maintained property, rapid response time from staff, generous sized rooms & fantastic dining options. The breakfast & dinner buffets offered a wide variety of cuisine & dietary options.

The staff were amazing. Though the rooms wore a jaded look, the overall comfort level was above average for the region. The bathroom towel hook was loose and fell just missing my foot. It needs to be tightened. Informed housekeeping who in turn informed the engineer to fix it. The customer relations officer in particular took good care of me.

Please get ride of auto rickshaw guys who is always try and ripoff hotel guests with unrealistic prices. Plus they got bad attitude and we encountered drunk rickshaw driver.

Dilapidated and worn out property which looks like it hasn’t been maintained over months . Soiled carpets greet you at the check and you can even find soiled carpets in the room. Smelly aged towels . Strong smell of Mold in the air conditioning system. Certainly not even a 3 star property. I won’t ever recommend this to anyone.

Probably on the best hotel properties in Bangalore. I've always loved staying here at the JW. Rooms are immaculate, service staff are friendly and accommodating. Although they were very careful in operational compliance because of covid rules in Karnataka, they certainly made sure I was comfortable. There were groups of people standing around next to where we ate lunch, possibly staff from the hotel, which was slightly discomforting because they were staring at us like we were doing something wrong! That can be avoided. People are on-edge, so to speak, so, any group gathering can be avoided, especially in eating areas where we are unmask . I did mention this to the front desk staff when checked out. Ironically, I had my mask off when I spoke with the front office staff and the lady there quickly (and very overzealously) pointed at me and asked me to put on my mask. That I thought was interesting. Otherwise, a good hotel with fantastic rooms.

The service is downright horrible. You would see more courteous staff in Oyo hotels that is 1/4 the price of this property. On the Hotels listing they promised a complimentary room upgrade. However when I went there they gave me the same room I booked and called it an upgraded one, shameful. Swimming pool rooms are a mess and not clean. There are barely any TV channels, bath tubs are small. The property itself is good, in a good location and comfortable. But the service is definitely not that expected from JW Marriott.

Not really suitable for swimming for exercise it's essentially a shallow (4feet) play pool for families with young children. Also the sun does not hit the terrace where the pool resides so it's a disappointment for those who want to swim daily.. It is very clean like all areas of the hotel.What is amazing is the buffet offerings in the JW Kitchen both for lunch and dinner which are excellent. World class. The rooms and coridoors are excellently maintained by a superb housekeeping team.

I loved the service. All the staffs were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet! Great variety of food choices.

Hotel grounds and staff are excellent. This is my 3rd visit here, and each one has been great. The rooms are comfortable, and the food and dining is outstanding.

The place is very good. Good crowd and ambiance, very well situated in one of the main locations. I found the JW Kitchen to be just okay, given that a-la-carte lunch took long time to get served and is priced also high. Morning breakfast was very good, but the arrangement of the counters is very confusing, and without proper name tags becomes difficult to understand which counters are for which.

An excellent location in the heart of business district and opposite to Cubbon Park; well trained and courteous staff.The buffet spread is one of the best. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The only flaw was smell in the room corridors - think, the carpets need cleaning.
