Very clean and staff cleaning rooms amazeing .rooms made up and cleaned to perfection every day .very quite and peaceful

Great place to stay. It’s not too far from the main streets but far enough that the Main Street noise doesn’t reach your room. The only con about our room was the amount of mosquitos there were. We got rid of some if not all on our first night but then after we had our room made there were more and I’m sure it was just from the door being opened while staff was cleaning our room. Staff however were amazing and helpful. I recommend staying here.

The property looks nice but unfortunately there was building work happening on the property and next door to the property. Had we known we would not have booked this. We booked a cabin with the intention of having a peaceful and relaxing time. We were given a cabin immediately next to the building work, which runs from sunrise to sunset, so basically 6.30am until 6pm. The property is also close to a bar playing loud music through the evening. Hotel staff were indifferent when we raised the problem of noise and despite there being empty cabins further away we were not offered the choice of moving. The cabins are also near to the swimming pool, which is also for all hotel guests so obviously it was not for the chalet’s guests. The room was clean although basic but the bathroom had a noticeable smell of urine. We were not able to check in as expected so had a wait of 1.5 hours, going over the checking time - we suspect this was more to encourage guests to have lunch. We were not offered water despite the heat; this is in contrast to every other hotel we have stayed at in Bali. The food was average and far better food can be found close by at a better price. Breakfast was also disappointing with low quality cold drinks and limited food, which was also not particularly good. Again we would recommend not booking with breakfast and enjoying a far better breakfast a couple of minutes away in Ubud.

Great location, close to everything but quiet.

The outside gardens is pretty but when you go inside its a disappointment. The bathroom is old /nasty and ugly. The bed was like a stone very hard we couldn’t sleep. Also we saw everywhere big ants in the room wich one bite me and left a big irritated spot for days! We left the morning after with this complaint but they didn’t returned our money.

We stayed for 3 nights. Very nice accommodation we had a ground floor apartment in the rear of the property. Lovely and relaxing. Two swimming pools with sun beds. The position was great. Plenty of restaurants close by and a short walk to the main drag.

2 double Rooms for family of 4. Nice large rooms and bathrooms. Good location. Nice staff. Pool with a great view of jungle. Basic shower/bath. One room had wall paint bubbling due to damp. Good value for money if the room paint was not there.

Great location close to the main street and temples and the monkey forest. Big room with balcony. Breakfast was good. Back pool very nice setting. Staff all very friendly. Lots of other restaurants nearby.

Great location with friendly staff. Stayed at the villas with a beautiful view of the pool and jungle. Loved it with one exception. There was a small leak in the roof. But staff was quick to offer another room for us to stay in. Would stay here again.

The only downfall was that the bottles of water are so very tiny that you don’t even quench your thirst and we had to give our room numbers all the time. We made coffee in our room every morning and there goes our two bottles , we tried getting more but it was one at a time and it was so hot for us Canadians.

Staff very friendly , resort very safe , breakfast decent. Best meal we’ve had here was the cashew chicken , delicious. Would highly recommend 😊

Has the advantage of being on one of the quieter streets in Ubud yet close to centre. Hotel very comfortable.

The location of the hotel was great, walkable to downtown Ubud and close to the monkey forest and shops! The staff was friendly and nice. The rooms were big and clean. The only issue I had was that ants were on top of the dinning/working table and coffee table. Also, the shower was not the most comfortable. But other than that it is a nice place for a very good price.

Upon arrival after flying for 30 hours I was taken to my “quiet room” where the ere was a party happening next door to mine all night. This led me to waste a day the following day as I was so tired I slept all day. When I woke up the toilet and shower didn’t work nor the bidet and there was water all over the floor which made my fresh clothes I brought, wet. The hotel kindly upgraded me to a room abit further away which was great except i turned the light on in the middle of the night to find a nest of baby spiders crawling on the wall near me and about 100+ big ants crawling over the floor. The room was spotless when k got upgraded to it but seems there’s some way they’re all getting in

This was an excellent location. It was about a 1/2 mile off the mane road. It was easy to walk to the main road. There are multiple restaurants, bars and coffee shops in walking distance. The pool was amazing, but it is deeper than average for just wading water. The breakfast was excellent everyday. I would definitely stay here again.

The bathrooms need updating as it was leaking and grout was grotty

No hair dryer and the internet is extremely so slow.

The location was all the way in the back of the Main Street and there was massive construction going on. The rooms were dated and our bathroom would not drain. Service and friendlyness a 100! However, there are more modern places closer and cleaner.

I was a nice place to stay. Clean, romantic, friendly and harmonious. We definitely recommend this hotel

Staff always friendly saying hello whenever they see you, don’t bother with their breakfast. Bed was huge, it was overall pretty good. 20 minute walk to the main area of ubud

Wifi connection wasn't bad For the price you might think what else to expect, and we checked out other places in person around the same price and they where nice, therefore we left.

Quiet location. 15 min walk to ubud central. Room spacious. Staff helpful. Shower hose in bathtub difficult to use.
