Staff were mostly great. Food was good and generally the facilities were good. The only thing I didn’t like was that someone was smoking in the hotel but nothing was done about it.

Amazing stay at the Anonymous Beach Hotel! The staff was the friendliest we have encountered in a while, the room facilities were sufficient and clean, the breakfast was amazing (we were mainly eating the cheese, vegetables, fruit etc. but others looked good too). The pool is nice and the pool bar has food and drinks served during the day again with very friendly service. You can access the Sandy Bay beach with a 2 minute walk right across the hotel. The small beach is lovely, has nice weaves and a water sports kiosk (people were very friendly there too, we tried the parasailing and it was great).

Very well placed in the centre of Ayia Napa with bars and restaurants easily accessible by foot. Limited parking on premise but we found for all three nights. Sandy Bay beach is right in front but run by the municipality so parasols and beach chairs have to be paid separately. Very rocky beach, small, not that nice. Gets very windy in the afternoons.

Best about this property apart from the amazing view (sea front top floor room - 5 starts!!) was the customer service! From the manager of the hotel to the receptionist to the staff at the dining area, etc everyone was super friendly, polite and professional! Would definitely go back! We received 5 star treatment and the hotel is well located too! Right in front of the beach, 15 min walk to Nissi beach, 25 min walk (or a quick 5 min taxi ride) to the nightlife area and plenty of restaurants and little shops around :)

Lovely hotel, nothing to complain about. I would stay again. Only a minute from an amazing beach

All the staff are very Friendly. The hotels dinner buffet food is amazing the breakfast is basic nothing amazing but there is everything to get you started for the day! The rooms are excellent and most of all the manager is the nicest, polite and most attentive person ever ! If it wasn’t for him I probably wouldn’t re visit as he made the experience highly pleasurable. The smallest things sometimes mean the most ! Would definitely re visit! Would highly recommend. The local beach is a 10 second walk. Nissi beach is a 10 minute walk

A perfect combination of a family hotel (comfort, friendliness, value) with a "I want to be in this kind of hotel" (the pool, the view, the location, the food). You do need to splash for a 4* if you take a few little compromises. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Our stay at this hotel was just wonderful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the cocktails at the pool delicious and it’s situated at the beach. Everything was clean and the service perfect. Highly recommended!

Stopped here for a mid week three day break. On arrival plenty of parking, friendly staff who were very covid compliant! I had a nice clean room with a partial sea view and a nice little balcony. Mornings were spent on the beach and afternoons by the very nice pool. Food and drinks were at a reasonable price. It took about 15 mins to walk to the centre of Ayia Napa on an evening although very quiet as expected at the moment. I would most definitely stay here again and I highly recommended staying here! 😊

Great hotel close to Vathkia Gonia beach....however, there is a new hotel being built 100m away which was incredibly noisy throughout the day (as of 13/10/2019). The location is slightly out of the main town, so we found getting decent quality food more difficult without travelling 25 mins into the main area of Ayia Napa.The hotel was clean & the service is good overall. The beds were okay but the pillows left us both with neck pain which spoilt the overall stay.

The location of the hotel is ok, a bit far from center, 45min walk, and 25min walk to Nissi Beach. I wouldnt mind the walk if it wasnt extremely hot and humid. Public transportation is not well developed in Ayia Napa, no signs for bus stops neither schedules.

Located on the beautiful beach! Great location and service! Breakfast is average, wide selection but poor quality. Maybe they should consider possibility to renew hotel, but all in all good value for money.

All was very good, the position next to the sea and the very friendly staff. The manager is near the costumers and the staff so he knows exactly the needs so he developed the hotel in the highest degree !!! Some suggestions: A small gym wood be nice.

By the way, Nissi Beach is about 8 minutes walking distance as well i.e. walk across the beach to Nissi from Vathia. Lastly, the city centre with all the night life is about 15 minutes walking distance. In terms of rooms and amenities: the swimming pool was cool, tasty breakfast, room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and air-con was good! The hotel staff friendly and speak English =)
