It was a nice facility with good employees. The room setup that we had wasnt the greatest. It was a pretty small room and the bed was in a position where you couldn't comfortably watch the television. Thepull out sofa matress was extremely old and stained horribly. My son refused to sleep on it. The refrigerator in the room didnt workand there wasnt a microwave. Other than that it was a pretty nice clean facility.

I typically select this hotel when I need a me-cation and have been staying here several times a year for the last three years. The last time a stayed, about a month ago, I thought it was odd that Housekeeing knocked on my door at 9am when check out is at noon. Not only did they knock on my door, they tried the door handle several times. This time I stayed I made double sure I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Once again, 9:30 in the morning Housekeeping starts knocking on my door and trying the door handle. I loudly said, “I’m still sleeping!” And hour later, the knocking comes again. I get in the shower at 11 and while I’m in the shower, Housekeeping is knocking again. Please train your housekeepers to honor the DND signs. I have worked in hotel management and I know you only have so long to flip the rooms before the 3pm check-in starts, but some people travel to sleep in!!

Great hotel. Convenient to the highway, restaurants, and stores. The property was clean, room was comfortable, and the staff were excellent.

Floor was wet in the room. Also no door seals on the shower so the bathroom floor gets wet. Theres no coffee station in the lobby. No included breakfast for $200 a night rates. Poor layout of the room. No bags in the garbage cans. Room did the job and overall was clean. But wont stay there again.

The bathroom sink area was noticeably unclean. Water spots on faucet, mirror, and there were hair clippings on the counter It would’ve been nice if there was a microwave in the room. The fridge in the room was a nice addition. Bed was very comfy and the level of quietness was high, allowed for an uninterrupted sleep.

Plenty of room to visit with family.

Fabulous service, staff was great, bed and room comfortable. But, the loudness of other guests after midnight was unacceptable. Soundproofing and doors that block noise are necessary, unfortunately.

Staff was outstanding, happy to accommodate any requests from pool towels to TV repair.. friendly conversation and excellent breakfast. Thanks for a great spring break.

My room was absolutely lovely and clean. And I was there to perform a very quick turnaround of 24 hours to pick up a service dog. Fact that this hotel has specific room set aside their pet friendly without disturbing other visitors is fantastic. Even though I was in a pet friendly room the actual room itself was wonderful with all the creature comforts intact.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean. I was disappointed in the hot tub/pool, it looked dark and dirty, so we dod not use them.

Very convenient location, close to freeway, stores and restaurants, not hard to find. Has a pool and hot tub kids enjoyed it.

My stay was ok i guess. When i got to my room the TV didn't work, star deducted. The front desk lady was helpful and switched us rooms, star back. Then the next day 2 times our cards stopped working, both of them! Minus 2 stars. Why i ended up with 3 stars. Staff was great tho

While the immediate surroundings were greatly inviting looking clean and gathered I do have to say my stay was a little troublesome. The room was clean and neat. The issue was the bathroom(unsafe). For starters the heavy shower glass door was loose from the hinge barely hanging on, one wrong pull of the door and a great risk of bodily harm as it will shattter. The toilet base was completely cracked through and it seemed like someone just silicone glued the piece back together. That was a nightmare to even think about. Last was the rust surrounding the bottom of the bathroom entry door frame. Extremely dissapointing. The staff attempted to make things right but ultimately told me to contact Expedia as they were the ones I booked the room through. It shouldn't matter who I booked the room through, I'm physically in the hotel building, the staff should correct any issues right there and then, it is their property.

Very low lighting in room

Pool and hot tub is closed. There was no notice until your checked in. Mattress was not comfortable.

Our room was flooded from the room next to us while we were getting ready for a funeral. The water was turned off and we had to vacate. They did comp the room though.

I didn't have hot water. The bathtub would not drain and the 3rd floor hallway was freezing cold.

I liked the location being right off the highway made it easy to go to different locations nearby. Back stone restaurant across from the is a great. The pool didn’t look very clean and the hot tub was out. I was disappointed since I did hope to sit in the hot tub for my weekend away. Overall hotel was fine and good place to stay for a quick weekend away.

Everything was great. The only thing I did not like was the 3 Dollars I had to pay for parking. I would stay here again.

The hotel overall wasn’t bad. You can just tell that the hotel hasn’t been entirely well maintained. Overall my stay was okay, but I would say not worth the price point. The cleaning service during my entire stay never came to tidy up my room and the breakfast was way overpriced. Not worth the additional amount of money. You can find more affordable food options nearby.

The bed was horrible It sank in the middle so while sleeping you would sink down in the middle The tv was in a horrible location compared to the bed There was no supervision in the pool area We had to leave the area 3 times because there were kids and adults just screaming so loud that it ran us off
