Breakfast was nice and more than adequate and the staff was great and kind.

Several things were missing or not working, such as kleenex and ice machine...we were told the carpets were going to be replaced so we weren't too concerned, but they were stained.

Walking distance from airport and staff were great for late night check-in

The only thing I liked was the breakfast.

The showers were nasty, the cleanliness was not up to standard, even for a low budget room. The blankets were not clean and the door makes a loud beeping noise every time you open or close it.

The staff were friendly enough.

The room was dirty, the floors were stained and had visible dirt on them, trash on the floor. The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well. I'm pretty sure there was fecal matter just below the light switch. The bedcovers and sheets were stained. There was a nail sticking out of the closet doorway. The ceiling was dirty and dusty and looked like it had holes in it.

Clean. Good location. Fine for an overnight stay.

The bathtub backed up. Did not drain well at all. Bathroom door did not close. Pool average.

The jacuzzi water was discusting the rusty water to soak in was unappealing! That is the main reason I stayed there I wasn’t pleased! Jets could have been better

I paid the extra cost for a Whirlpool in my room, but it couldn't be used because the water was a yellowish brown color. No WIFI available and pool was closed.

I was able to modify my stay from 2 nights to 1 night.

The room wasn't very clean. Stains on the carpet, crumbs on the coffee tray and the sink and shower drained very slowly. The staff brought draino and it did help.

I got my refund

A bed full of live bedbugs. I ALWAYS check the beds before ever bringing in my things and before leaving hotel after checking in. The room was filthy, and the housekeepers had just walked out from cleaning the room. Hair in thr sink. The hottub drain and sink drain had a bunch of build up. The carpet was stained. The sheets was inside out (probably just flipped em instead of washing). I didn't get much further than that. I noticed that as I walked over to the bed taking it all apart (bedding sheets). And found all the bedbugs. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The pool was green (green water). Called booking and got my refund. The hotel offered a different room. I said absolutely not, we're leaving. We tried to be discreet and polite about it. But the clerk just kept acting stupid. 😒

Cleaner room staff was rude and incompetent

Dirty Carpet everywhere stains needs cleaned or replaced. Suppose to be non smoking, someone smoking weed in room close to us. I clean with fabuloso but hotel was strongly used everywhere. The smell stuck on our clothes/person could smell in the car on the trip. Try getting air fresheners you can hang on walls that go off every few minutes. stayed on 1st floor had to lock windows. Screen was torn. Didnt get in to pool. Wasnt sure about it very cloudy.

Water came out yellow from faucet! After e ran it for a while it seemed fine but that is unacceptable. We told the front desk and they weren’t concerned.

The woman at the front desk was really nice and helpful.

Bathroom floors and vents not clean. You can see water damage throughout hotel. The room floors were very dirty and had lots of spots. They didn't have enough staff to turn over rooms each day and I was responsible for taking out my own trash, asking for towels and toilet paper. They said they were under staffed and that was the reason. The breakfast was not good quality and there was just one person cleaning so the trash was over filling and often no napkins or utensils.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean.

The rooms were clean and presentable. The breakfast had a very limited selections. The pool was very dirty and had so much chlorine in it that it burned our eyes and the eyes of other guests within minutes of entering the pool.

Medicine was missing after having them change bedding on one bed, and the use of lavender was way to strong for a person with copd ,the room was ok but the hallways where to strong to breathe

Good clean rooms, breakfast included sausages, eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and cereal.
