Very happy with the room and better than we expected! Very well laid out, lots of room and very comfortable. We only stayed for one night waiting for a flight but it would be perfect for longer stays. Nice and clean, comfortable bed and overall a very good experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was fantastic for a family of 6. The breakfast in the morning was great and the attendants at both the front desk and at breakfast were friendly and attentive. They acknowledged us and spoke even to the kids nicely.

My stay was very short, but room was very nice, and front desk staff was very helpful in getting me checked in and lining up the shuttle for me for the airport. Wish I had had more time to test out the restaurant and the gym.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is great! Restocking timely, and the staff in the breakfast area are very responsive and impressive. About the room we need two beds so we stayed at the king suite. The sofa bed collapsed in the middle and was noisy. There was no quilt, only an extra thin blanket, and some hair on the sheets. Other than that, it was very good 👍

The hotel room was nice, but there was something running down the headboard. That was extremely disgusting. The maids came in, but they didn’t change pillows and couldn’t get whatever it was off the headboard. Also, they charged $50 for a dog. They justified it by saying that they had to clean the room! I guess they don’t see the rooms otherwise which is maybe why the headboard looked the way it did. So gross!!

The fridge rattled all night. Stay away from the restaurant. Way over priced and was like eating cardboard. Ice machines did not work had to go floor to floor to get ice. Front desk staff were rude a not helpful at all.

Fairly new property our recently fully renovated. Very clean and fixtures were new and reliable. The sind and tub drained very easily and there was no issues in the bathroom.

Good stay. Stayed with family, family friendly hotel. Breakfast provided all staples, cold and hot options. Appreciated the suite options that included cookware and a full fridge with stovetop. Room and hallway was quiet, comfy beds and pillows. Heat register was a little rattly but we brought a sound machine so we did not hear it through the night. Safe location close to major roadways and airport.

Couches were stained and in rough shape. Only 1 roll of toilet paper for a family of five. Was notified upon check in that my room wasn’t ready and would be notified when it was. As I waited for my room, people arriving after me were getting rooms. I then asked about my room and they had forgotten about me. Wasn’t a good experience really.

Love the close proximity to the airport, this was my second time visiting Calgary and staying at this hotel. On both occasions the highlight of my stay was the easy check in but most of all was Karen the hostess in the dining room area at breakfast.
