The location was great and the staff was helpful when we first arrived. They assured us of a late check-out.

We chose this hotel because it had a steam bath in the spa area. However, it was working. We were told it would be ready the following day. That did not prove to be case. This was the reason we chose this hotel as my wife and I both enjoy a steam bath. This is not the first time that a fairmont hotel has had issues with the steam bath. I understand that this has been inoperable since January. It would have been nice to have this posted on the website or in booking.com's website so that we could make an educated choice. Also, we were assured of a late checkout and we were not granted that. When we arrived at a room at 12:30 we could not get access as the vin card was the activated. Housekeeping let us to retrieve our belongings

Wow, what an incredible stay! The hotel's staff made me feel like royalty, and the stunning room and delightful food added to the experience. I must mention a special incident during my stay - I accidentally left my laptop, but the staff promptly found and safely returned it to my home. Their exceptional service and honesty went above and beyond my expectations. I can't stop raving about this fantastic experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to relive those unforgettable moments and experience the hotel's outstanding hospitality again!

The hotel was very impressive and staff very friendly.

Parking or checking in was problematic. There is no where to park. All the information only provided valet parking and no practical information that a self parking parkade is connected to the hotel and would be useful to have this information. Very stressful situation. The room was a larger closet. Two swashed double beds in a tiny room. The door opened right onto the bed. All the appliances were positioned inconvenientley under the TV and with no lighting available to see anything. Not a great stay.

When our coffee machine broke we were sent a complimentary room service coffee and cheesecake. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Palliser is located perfectly for access to downtown restaurants, Theatre Calgary, and other attractions. Had a nice room and an excellent breakfast. Service from valet parking to check-in to restaurant was outstanding.

We were "upgraded" to a Junior Suite, only problem was it was a slightly bigger room but with just the one bed. After explaining this at reception we were moved to the same sized room with two small beds with just the one bathroom. The bath had rust around chain and plug, after complaining about this we were given a free bottle of prosecco which was a nice gesture. The Christmas day meal was booked for 7pm, The staff member who was serving looked like she couldn't be bothered with us and had a face to prove it, we all ordered our meals and drinks which duly arrived but were dry and overcooked, she never asked if we would like any more drinks and oddly only gave 2 of us desserts even though 3 of us had ordered, quite simply you were made to feel unwelcome,
