Room is small, bed linen not so clean, toilet bowl and shower together，not much selection for breakfast.

Overall quiet ok. Near to many places by walking distance.

The room was nice, just a bit small. The location was good, very close to Han market. The hotel was quite central, easy to get to Han and Con market. The service was great, breakfast was quite nice.

Never ever choose this hotel.

I booked a triple room (a double bed & a single bed) for a group of 3. However, the room was really small and the condition was not acceptable. The bed cover had stains. The room had weird smell. The toilet paper was wet. The corners of the room had dirty stains and signs of water leaks. As such, we asked for another room and was offered to upgrade to an one bed room apartment room which has a living room, 1.5 bathrooms and a kitchen. It costed about $15 each night and we took it since it was a lot better than the triple room. However, the wifi was not working at all. We needed to use the wifi access point of the lower floors if we needed internet access. It was really inconvenient for us as we needed to work a bit on vacation. Other than that, the worst thing was that the hotel had some heavy construction work on the upper floor starting 7am in the morning. It was really noisy and vibrating and woke us up immediately as we thought there was an earthquake. We called the reception to tell them to stop the work until later in the morning, but they continued the work until 9am. The management offered us to move to a lower floor after we complained, but we were gonna check out at noon so it would not help at all. They did not give us any notice about the work at all and did not even apologize for the inconvenience. We did not feel appreciated. As such, we would not recommend it to anyone else coming to Da nang in the future.

Clean and comfy but weak from noisy

Before fly back to home, wanted to stay at Hotel for taking a shower and changing the clothes.Reasonable price for staying a few hours. but not working mini-refrig so water was not cold...Except it, it was generally fine.

It was a short stay over a night. The receptionists are friendly and helpful.

Place was centrally located, staff was beyond helpful and caring; while the breakfast was of pretty low quality.The hotel walls are very thin, so you can hear everyone outside of your room as if the door was completely open. We found a live - yes it was living and move around - worm in our plate of fruit. While it was beyond disgusting to see a worm moving around your plate while you just took a mouthful of fruit, we realize this can happen anywhere because the fruit is fresh from the market.

The rooms are big and clean, the hotel staff were friendly and nice. Location is a bit of a trek from the beach but for the price that's to be expected.I would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay on the way to Hoi An. Breakfast wasn't very good.

The hotel itself was very clean and affordable. The bellman was very helpful and the receptionist hospitable. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was designed beautifully, but the shower had poor drainage. When I showered, the shower flooded and it took about 15 minutes for it to drain completely. We tried to book a day tour through the front desk and were presented with different prices at three different time points (at reservation, at payment time, and when they called us and told us that they charged us the wrong amount). The day tour pamphlets did not include pricing, which I found suspicious. When they tried to charge us extra for a "tour guide fee", neither the receptionist nor the manager could answer our question about why there would be an additional fee that was not already included in the cost of the tour. It seemed shady to us so we ended canceling it because we felt like we were being scammed. The rest of the stay was fine. The breakfast is delicious and different every day, so that was a big plus. Overall, for the price, it was a fine place to stay during our time in Da Nang.

the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful with directions to places and arranging transportation to the airport.

The hotel was quite clean but the shower didn't work well. The breakfest wasn't good l went to another place to had a breakfest! Its cheap but I don't recommen this hotel. Sorry.

Disappointing room environment, you get foully smell almost the whole day, maybe the deluxe room that i stayed is close to the septic tank, room is without an exhaust fan, usually you will find it at the rest room in many others hotel that i stayed before. lighting is another disappointment you can see protruding wire with tape at the end without lamp in room and in rest room. The room that I stayed is with a window and a view to the next building's wall, just as good as no window and view, a small room with a queen size and a single bed.Staffs are friendly, they go all out to assist your request.

I'm used to staying in expensive hotels owned by the major western hotel companies from work travel, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect with the low price.When I arrived, I found a friendly and helpful staff, a spacious, clean and comfortable room, and a great location close to the river and many shops.Additionally, my room rate included a free breakfast, and the food was excellent. One note, don't go to breakfast expecting traditional western fare... this is a Vietnamese hotel with Vietnamese breakfast, a huge bonus in my mind as I like to learn as much about a culture as I can when I travel.All of the staff that I talked to knew some English, and though some were more fluent than others all of them were fluent enough that communication wasn't a problem. They definitely spoke more English than I spoke Vietnamese! Additionally, they were all extremely friendly and courteous, and went out of their way to help me on several occasions, recommending sites to see or local restaurants to visit.I would gladly stay at this hotel again, and hope to sometime in the near future!

Room smaller than expected,and had a bad smell of dampness. Drain in shower had been sealed over so water runs on bathroom floor . Also water on bathroom floor caused by air conditioner outlet hose running on to bathroom floor as well. Overall making the bathroom dangerous to walk on and very smelly. Buffet breakfast not up to expectations. We had cold showers during day.
