Great budget hotel just be realistic what you are expecting

The room was filthy, the bathroom filthy. The sheets may not even have been changed on at least one of the beds and precious occupiers must have been heavy smokers as it absolutely stank of cigarette smoke. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful, but the filth is gross.

location is fab. Centre of Les Gets. Near telecabines, bus stop, car parking at back ...BUT.. my mistake but expected coffee/tea to be available at that the bar would be open during the day. As a non skier I fancied chilling with my book on occasion. Beds comfy. Bathroom basic. No shower just a handheld thing (probably my mistake again). Very small, 3 steep flights of stairs, difficult with bags

Great location. Rooms clean though not cleaned properly on a daily basis. Towels and bedding of reasonable quality. Rooms very basic. Breakfast adequate but not topped up as quickly as it should have been. Quite expensive for what we got. Reception staff excellent.

Fantastic location and the nicest staff you will ever meet. Will be returning.

Location is brilliant, centre of Les Gets & only a 2 minute walk from ski lift, shops & restaurants. Rooms are quite small & basic but clean. Would definitely stay again

Excellent location, close to everything. Front of hotel and reception area are lovely, our room decor and furnishings were very tired but was ok. Staff were very friendly.

Chalet Regina is fine - the room is clean and the staff and friendly. But it lacks some of the basics that weve had in other similarly priced rooms. No kettle to make a cup of tea (we have stayed in two other similar Chalets in Les Gets & always been able to make tea). No fridge for drinks, no safe. The quad room was very small and we only had 3 so we were always on top of each other. It is noisy at night - music playing until late from downstairs (take earplugs). Is in a good location, very central. We tried it but will probably go back to one of the previous Chalets next time.

Great location hotel with impressive restaurant - rooms need a little updating .

We had a great short stay here. Staff were friendly an accommodating. The Rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel is well located in the centre of Les Gets, with only a 100m (ish) walk to the ski lifts. Just the ticket for short ski/boarding break.

Room adjoining was very loud after midnight and no staff in lobby to address. Location was superb to slopes, staff and bar was great.

Great stay - basic accommodation but functional - great location

Directly opposite the Chavanne Ski lift and right next to Desire Ski Hire the hotel couldn't be in a better location. Bedrooms small, vintage but comfortable. Ski lockers were good. The restaurant George was fantastic with very friendly staff. Would recommend highly!

This hotel is in a fab location about 300 metres from the Chavannes express lift. The hotel is small charming and clean with a good ski/ boot room. Alexandria, the hotel reception manager, was very helpful and made us feel welcome. We tended to eat out as the menu wasn't quite to our taste but we really can't fault this place as a great base for your skiing. Don't be put off the 2 star rating . It's a great little hotel in a great location. We will book it again for sure !

Location amazing, directly next door to supermarket sbd ski hire desire.. Bubble a stone throw away.. Only downside our family room 37 had only one plug socket, so we all fought over charging phones, iPads etc.. Definitely go back but will request a catered room as ours didn't even have a kettle..
