As soon as we arrived the fire alarm went off so we headed downstairs. My grandchildren were disappointed that the pool was covered and closed.

My stay caused by lack of training, communication of staff in Orlando which led to my personal items being removed from my room, some of which were tossed in a garbage bag. Upon arrival I paid for additional nights stay and how or why that didn’t transfer into my original itinerary I’m not certain. No staff ever called/texted about it simply removed my things as if I were so person who had broken into the building. If Honors Members are treated this way, wow why bother with such treatment. Corporate considers the matter closed, however it should never have happened. The second room I was offered, the phone and TV didn’t work. Engineering was sent but the impact of those events remains.

We were on the freeway side, but the noise wasn’t that bad. We got no noise from our neighbors. The breakfast was very nice. Check in was smooth. The room was very clean.

The hotel was clean, and quiet. I loved having a thermostat on the wall to control the AC and a window that you could open and shut the shades with ease. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Really just needed a one night stay as we were heading to the airport in the morning and wanted something closer. Location was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice having both a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was excellent! Lots of choices and hot foods were appreciated. My significant other is on keto so multiple egg choices were perfect for him. We will keep this place in mind for further stays.

Staff are friendly, professional, and efficient. All was wonderful. I had to stay a week longer than expected and I was able to stay n the same room. So much to do around the area!

Bathroom wasnt fully clean, pillow case slightly dirty. A few roaches were spotted in and near refrigerator

The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean. The beds (both beds) were squeaky and the sheets were awful! They were bumpy…like 100 thread count sheets instead of the nice sheets I used to when I stay at a Hilton brand hotel.

The hotel is super nice, clean, friendly, comfortable, nice gym, nice free breakfast, convience, etc. The list can go on an on. My only complaint was the noise from I4 all night long. The hotel provides earplugs. I used them and a pillow over my head to drowned out the noise. I'm a light sleeper. My husband slept like a rock. No problem, no ear plugs. 😂

Tv wasn’t working…finally realized the cable cord was disconnected..fixed it ourselves…there was people out in parking lot yelling and being loud until midnight..I was on second floor and heard it..apparently security ignored them..but other that room was very clean and comfortable..desk clerk on check in was very nice.
