Hassle free ideally placed for clubs bars etc ,student town though so if your not into nightlife not the place for you as it’s right in the middle of the nightlife scene

First of all, the room was not clean, the bed also wasn't clean. There was hair on the sheets and the pillow, which shows that they weren't washed for some time.
The room didn't have any shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer and we had to ask for those.
No shutters in the room and the curtains wouldn't close completely so you can have a complete darkness (or even partial) in the room.
On the other hands the owners / management were very welcoming and helpful when we asked for the amenities.

The hotel is quite convenient and it is quite easy to find parking space nearby. The facilities were quite good as well.

A very basic apartment that is in need of modernization and maintenance.The shower was poor, the heating didn't function and the floors are so uneven the internal doors don't close. For the price (I had to book last minute for business) it is not worth it. The only plus point is the location, which is amazing for city access but is far from the highway, so you tend to get sent down the back roads by your navigation system when leaving.

no fuss, no frills, but decent room and facilities. Friendly, helpful owners. A bit hard to find as no bell outside the door but I rang them and they let me in straightaway

The check-in was without problems. The apartment was clean on arrival. The cleaning of the room was on the basis of own responsibility. But fresh towels and bed linen were provided. The wifi did not work during the week. The solving of the problem was not successful. The hotel owner promised a price reduction supplied on a commensurate scale. Unfortunately the oral agreement was broken. After departure the hotel stopped the communication. It is a case of out of sight out of mind!

The hotel owner helped me to take me to the train station, when no taxi was coming.

Great stay. We were really well looked after by the guy who runs this hotel. Very friendly and happy to help. I would recommend it based on the service he provided!

The ApartHotel done the job for us. It was a bit expensive for the 2 days. Would stay there again but I thionkl it will be cheeper when the Euro is not on.

We were greeted on arrival-parked outside the front door as well! Extremely helpful with advice on the local area. Accommodated all of our needs. Made our visit to Lille a fantastic one! Highly recommended! Great place!
