Was a good stay. Had all the basic amenities and was close to the red square and Jonker street. They had maintenance on our floor which took out power and water but we were heading out anyways and by the time we were back, it was all functioning with no problems.

The staffs were very helpful, always ready to help us with the door when we had a handful of bags haha. The environment was great too, walking distance to tourist attractions. Room was clean as expected. Overall great service and great stay!

my room didnt have hair dryer. my sisters' room didnt have air-cond. my room was more expensive than my sisters' rooms but was so basic and ugly. their rooms were so nice. my room didnt even have a window. very claustrophobic. the only positive is the location - walking distance to Jonker Walk

Stayed in the celebration suite. In-room jacuzzi was good! The cabinet under the sink was falling apart though. The sheets and pillows were NOT CLEAN. Didn't dare to touch the sofas either.

Friendly stuff, clean facilities, nice breakfast, close to jonker street.

The facade is all colonial but the amenities are few. Parking was sparse and outdoor on rocky surface. The towels and other hotel supplies were below my expected standard. Having stayed at other colonial type of hotels, I expected a higher standard. Even the welcome area / reception was dull and not inviting but the hotel room was clean and spacious enough. Breakfast was OK.

The receptionist is not friendly and doesn't even explain where the breakfast is until I ask. The room carpet smell and is old. Not worth the money paid.

The building outside look nice but the service and facilities were very dissappointing. Firstly, the receptionist not very attentive. She only provide my breakfast voucher when I request (she didnt aware). Secondly, the room was small and didnt provide tower. Third, the breakfast area was really small and lack of choices. The breakfast tasted bad too. Please reconsider.

Unique boutique hotel within walking distance rom historical sites and Jonker Street. But quite disappointed our breakfast was not available due to Chef on emergency leave.

the water is hot in contrast the room also hot the air-con is not cold enough even I adjust it to 18 degree and high wind but once setup high wind, it is noisy. some small black ants walk around in the room and buffet room

It’s a stone throw away from Jonkers street. A lot of local food outlets nearby for meals all day. The room is acceptable, with limited TV channels. Free parking onsite provides great convenience. The blanket and sheets kind of thin, so don’t blast the Aircon if you are afraid of the cold. Overall a good hotel at great locations.

Shower did not have hot water. To complicated to adjust.

Great location but air-conditioner is not cold and water heater just warm with low pressure. Everything else is good enough. Quiet to sleep.

The room have a smell that lingers, carpet flooring is oily, air conditioning is not cold and shower do not have water that’s hot enough to bathe.

Overall quite a good experience stay in sterling. Location is conveniently located to attractions and jonker night market.

Transportation is not easy to get there It's good for driving trips

Quick email correspondence and exchanges. Took note of all details of booking and meticulously screened special requests. Excellent service during check in and rooms were clean in spotless condition.

Of all my many trips, this is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed. Not to mention that the Jacuzzi was terribly stained, the room’s aircon was faulty after checked in. Personally informed the front desk about it and was ensured they will check and rectify the problem but to my dismay the problem wasn’t solved at all! And despite this, the hotel isn’t able to change a room for me. The front desk suggested a portable aircon and a fan instead. But that all didn’t improve the situation any better as the portable aircon itself exhausted warm air in the room and my kids perspired terribly during sleep. My greatest disappointment is the hotel’s lack of concern and assistance on this matter, which is totally unacceptable.
