The hotel was a gem, located right across the street from the beautiful forest and seaside. What a delight to arrive and be welcomed so nicely by the staff! We stayed in the family suite which was located at the back of the building - perfect for us to spread out, and feel like we were in our own little beach condo! Super clean rooms and walkways, breakfast was all we needed to start the day. The hotel was bright and airy. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

First the good stuff: The location was very accessible. Our apartment had parking right under the room. The apartment was spacious and clean.The service was very responsive and friendly. (we communicated between broken Italian).We thought the hotel is on the beach and found out you have to cross through a camping ground which is restricted to campers. The lady at the gate was very kind to allow us to cross and we found a lovely setting with a bar with really great drinks, ice cream etc.Our room had individual air conditioners - during the nigh one of them started to make excessive noise which woke us up - it was 3am :(. Breakfast was included but the kitchen was closed off (due to COVID?) and we had to stand in line to point to what we wanted. The quality was mediocre - no veggies, only hard boiled eggs, a variety of stale cereal, jams, and a lot of sweets. We called in advance to make sure our daughter who has Celiac could get an omlette - they said no problem - but declined to provide this when we came to eat. She was offered hard gluten free cracker or biscuits or crackers.

Amazing beach location, nice balcony for the room. Beds weren’t very comfortable but otherwise it was a great stay!

The hotel is nice, cozy and clean. However if you arrive early, the reception will refuse to let you leave your bags while you go explore the area. Furthermore, no beach towers are available to borrow or rent, which is a shame for a hotel so close to beach. The breakfast is mediocre at best.

The restaurant was excellent!

Located in front of a nice sandy beach. But there's nothing else in the surroundings. The hotel is as shown on the pictures. Breakfast is the only thing they should improve.

On web site said double room got there not double had to pay more for double room 2 beds

Pretty nice hotel, all good, but nothing special to say.Since its far from the city center dont wait too long with dinner - businesses are closed early.Technically, parking is free, but you need to circle around a lot before you find free spot on street nearby.

Booked a seafront and looked into the big trees and a camping.....

Great affordable stay within walking distance to Folonica city and very close to beach. Had the hotel apartment which was great for our family of 5. Breakfast was basic, but there where plenty of it. Reception was very welcoming and check in was quick.

Modernistic hotel in Tuscany coast small town... Popular with local Italian families for vacation time... Arrived on shoulder season as town saws quieting down after a busy summer.., great place to mellow out in late September

No safe in room or phone to contact reception if needed. Breakfast was basic but good quality. Hotel was clean and modern. Overall a pleasant stay.

A lovely little hotel, very recently renovated, very modern, nicely decorated, comfortable, and with great service. One short block to a great beach. 10 to 15 minutes walk to the centre of town.

We had only one night here but wish we had had several. This hotel has a slightly higher price than others in the area and in the city center, but we found the extra money worth it. This hotel really wants to go to the next level and based on our experience there, we wish them well!
