Great location, spacious room.

The room was very cozy w/ plenty of space for two. It was a studio style min-cabin/room w/ a queen bed (per the listing). There was a sofa bed and extra blankets for another person.
There was a small microwave, a large mini-fridge w/ a separate freezer door and a 4 cup coffee maker w/ condiments. There mugs and glasses (2 each), a 27” wall mounted TV and the WiFi worked great. I would stay here again. The common jacuzzi was great after a day on the slopes.

Room was very comfy and plenty spacious. However, when we arrived there was a nasty scent that took about 2hrs to air out.

What a nice place to stay!!
We stayed one of the biggest room and it was just amazing! Super clean, comfortable bed, well maintained. I saw many people complain about AC but it was ok for us. Just open the windows and feel the clean air and breeze. The room is huge room like Airbnb. Also it was very easy to go to village. I would love to come back!

No AC in the room and it got so warm in the room that we had to borrow an extra electric fan from the front desk,otherwise location was good and close to the town center.

This was a welcoming spot near the main street in Mammoth Lakes. It was clean and comfortable, making my stay easy. They had everything I needed... mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, hair dryer and comfortable bed. I only wish there was a recycling option.

The room was too hot. It should have some kind of air conditioner system. The portable fan was just not enough.

This property was a good place to stay for us on our fishing trip to Mammoth. It could have used some air conditioning on the warm nights, but the fan at the open window helps.
The staff was friendly, but not present very much. When we checked in the girl simply pointed us to the wall with the envelopes and her names on them with no greeting.

Room was quite hot when we came. Fast check in. Sound insulation not so good. 2nd night was the best. Staff is helpful and friendly!

My room had a handheld shower head and great water pressure. It's rare to find this combination. I gave it an extra star because of it.

No A.C. Although it was cool outside, inside was fairly warm during night. Without AC we couldn't sleep well. Hair dryer was broken, and office was closed during the night so no chance to replace it.

It's always clean and the staff is super friendly. I arrived super late and they just left the key out for me. Check out was seamless as well. Always recommend staying here.

The property was gret my family and i loved it. Their were only a couple real issues one not so much batteries in one of the remotes was dead but changed by office. We stayed in the chalet that was opposite the office and we had people trying to come in our room thinking its the office once they opend the door the other time they just walked in because we had the door open for air flow. Other than that it was good

Do not book room #1 it smelled like someone defecated and threw up everywhere. I asked for a refund and i cannot stand the smell. It was like hitting a wall when you walked in. The employee just offered to give me back like 25% and I was forced to pay the rest. I slept in my car and didn’t even use the room. Such a jip. Overpaid too, 260$ room and motel 6 was like 150. Shoulda gone somewhere else or gotten a full refund! Will never go back, complete waste of money.
