A well presented motel in the harbour area of Napier. Cafes and restaurants nearby and views across the port/harbour. The ground floor unit was spacious and very clean. A bonus was the free guest laundry. A short drive to shopping and city centre. Would stay again.

The reception staff are lovely, I ended up with an apartment which was a nice surprise. The views are great and to be able to just walk out and go for a walk around the waterfront was a real treat. I will be back for sure because I want to try out the upstairs rooms next time.

Just had an issue with a smelly drain upon my arrival that was sticking out the whole unit and smelled like urine. But, otherwise it was a pleasant visit.

Wonderful ocean views. Lots of places nearby to walk or cycle too. Plenty of places to dine at, all within walking distance. Very roomy units. A bit dated but very clean. Had a wonderful two nights there. Would definitely stay there again

Check-in was quick and easy and there was ample parking. The room was very clean and bigger than I was expecting. The in-room facilities were awesome and perfect for what we needed with a full size fridge, oven, hotplates and microwave etc. The view from the room was amazing and access to the beach etc. was super easy. Will definitely look to stay here again.

when we arrived we were booked into an upstairs unit. I believe i had asked for a downstairs unit due to my wife's condition of struggling up stairs-- the lady on reception stepped up and shifted us downstairs although they had no vacancy (shifted someone else ) she put herself out to help.

Big mix up with extra booking done through their.reception n they booked wrong night even after I had given them the correct date n reconfirm with them 3 times over the phone n then they denied it.
Was forced to book at another motel for 2nd night.

Unfortunately my husband is waiting on a hip replacement and as we are both 78 we found the shower in the bath a problem. Also the single bed instead of a couch was a problem for us sitting to watch TV. If it hadn’t been for this we would have marked it five stars. We now know to check these things out when booking on line.

Enjoyed our stay, lovely view and lots to see. We had unit 2 which is a mobility unit, plenty of space and a great bathroom, reserved parking outside. Full kitchen and 2 TVs, will definitely stay again, staff helpful.

A couple of years ago, our first visit to this property was wonderful. This time, however, things were very different. The internet did not work, nor did the heater - in winter!! The saving grace was being able to keep warm thanks to the electric blanket and having SKY TV available. There was no other room available, nor was there an apology, a heads-up, or a reduction in cost. Lesson well learned: make your expectations very clear when booking!
