Shower had mold/mildew so that grosses me out a bit. Otherwise the room was decent and staff great

Never knew I needed a Publix on the bottom floor of where I’m staying until this place. The staff and the hotel were perfectly fine. However, when I got there 50% of the hotel was under major construction. Tarps hanging from the ceiling in the lobby, almost all amenities closed, and to compensate they offered tacos at breakfast??? Have to admit I was pretty disappointed about all the construction and lack of proactive outreach to let me know that half the hotel wasn’t functioning. Parking was in a garage next door and location could have been closer to where everything was happening. Not bad, not great.

My stay here was good. The staff were pleasant, especially the kitchen staff. Breakfast was great and fixed with love. The room was spacious and clean. There were some kids playing on doors at night but not too much. We got like two knocks one night and one knock another night. My only real complaint would be that I booked a King sized bed but received a queen sized bed. This is something common I am finding at hotels that may feel you may not notice. I forgot to mention it on my trip but I will pay close attention on all future trips.

The room was large clean and comfortable. Parking was available free of charge very close to the hotel. Breakfast was available and there was a decent gym although we didn’t use it.

The hotel needed updated amenities. There was only 2 usbs in the entire room. There was a un necessary ceiling fan which seemed out of place. There are no plugs near either side of the bed for charging your phone. The TV seem awkwardly placed. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were either really flat or overstuffed. Needs some updates. The breakfast was okay. Nice atmosphere in common areas, and clean. Friendly staff.

Loved staying here! The location is conducive to walking to most conveniences. The rooms were beautiful - loved being able to close the door between the living area and bedroom to reduce on noise from the hallway/hotel in general while sleeping. Bed was very comfortable; they have the best pillows! Breakfast had a good variety, including fresh berries! My only complaint would be that room 311 desperately needs a new showerhead.

The staff was very nice and very helpful and supportive to my needs especially with my spouse being in the hospital. Being that i used expedia i had no idea that they offered hospital discounts, and the staff made me aware of it and im grateful.

It was fine for an overnight stay. The hotel was seemingly clean but needs a lot of updating. Our doors in the room were crooked & had difficulty getting them to close. The TV's left a lot to be desired, very few channels & those that did come in were not clear. My 16 year old son used the sleeper sofa & said the floor was probably more comfortable. 3 out of the 4 of us ate the breakfast & all 3 were sick feeling the rest of the day. The neighborhood was nice & staff were friendly. I just wouldnt want to stay there for more than 1 night unless improvements happen.

Love this stay! Beds were great- Zero noise- - you can keep the room as cold and dark or light an airy as you want- we had a suite on 4th floor- full kitchen- but the complimentary breakfast was excellent- staff was very friendly and helpful- everything was clean and wonderful! Great Location - walk to Ruth Chris Steak House in 2 minutes!

When we arrived there was not a room available. I had booked this months ago and paid for it. The convenience of being within walking distance to our event made this location perfect. The representative said that they had secured us a room at another hotel right down the road. Ha! It was 7 miles in the opposite direction. Once arrival at the second hotel we were informed that there was not a room for us. They were waiting for people from the homeless shelter. Come to find out we were those people. The room was a king not a suite for 4 people. The third hotel we were sent to Hilton Garden Inn was very accommodating. They put us in two rooms as that was what was available. Nice room, great staff.

Overall great. Pillows were really flat with hardly any padding inside. Almost like sleeping without a pillow. Other than that all was good.

The staff and service is excellent. The rooms are not fancy but are nice, clean and spacious and serve their function well. I like having a full kitchen available. The hotel is centrally located to get to almost anywhere in the city quickly. There are a variety of dining options available within walking distance and just a short drive away.

The room met my needs but was nothing spectacular. The staff were friendly. The room was just okay. There were smudges on the walls in the bathroom that looked like they had tried to clean but were still noticeable. Location was good and walking distance to Publix and a few restaurants. The parking deck wasn’t terrible as some had mentioned in other reviews. Breakfast was filling but didn’t have many options.

Way overpriced. Can tell companies and travel nurses are driving up the price. The appliances in the suites are very noisy and in need of upkeep. The shower had mold.
