Good location for our stay.

The room I stayed in with two queen beds looked so dirty. They gave us dirty towels & on top of everything there was only one outlet my family had to share to charge our phones which was no where near the beds, I had to disconnect the tv in order to charge my phone while they were charging theirs. Would not recommend staying here..

This was a last minute getaway i wpuldve given it 5 stars but the first night we barley slept due to noisy neighbors. We called the front desk, good customer service but i guess they coulnt get them to quiet down. They stayed noisy. Otherwise all was well.

The A/C could use an upgrade. It was in the 90’s during our stay and the room was pretty warm at night. A/C didn’t keep the room very cool. Other than that it was great.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel, just a short drive to Hollywood and universal studios

I was shocked at the condition of the hotel. There was a homeless encampment on the other side of the hedge. Can't say I felt safe. The furniture in the room was so old and beat up. The bath towels were threadbare. There wasn't a coffee maker, there were no blankets, the lighting was horrible. I've never stayed in a hotel like this and certainly wouldn't recommend it.

I stayed 3 days and they didn’t change my sheets!!

The Hotel it's self is older but very clean room's and very nice staff my only complaint is there area is very rundown and a lot of homeless living just off the property. Reeks of weed outside.

This room was NOTHING! NOTHING like it was described or that I paid for!! It was dirty gross and old. The pictures are NOT AT ALL ACCURATE!! There was a major police disturbance with someone staying there at 5:00 am. We were actually on the floor scared because of what was happening outside our door. The last morning we came out to see a tent set up in the parking lot. Why would they allow this??

Totally worth it bang for ur buck. If u want a place to crash that’s close to Universal and have kids it’s so worth it.

It’s not the Hilton. But when you’re on a budget this is the place you get what you pay for. It’s a little run down. But the room was very clean. It was quit, and no one bother us. We walked around to find some food. Very close the a Amazon Fresh store. Close to a CVS too.I would stay there again

I only had one complaint. Ice bucket but no cups. Made it a little difficult to take medication.

If you can, pay the extra money and stay somewhere else. Our room reeked of marijuana, sheets had holes in them, after the first night they cleaned our room but kept the same sheets with holes in the bed, towels were stained, there was an ironing board but no iron, the pillows were old feather down pillows.

I chose it due to bad previous reservation else where. Service was good. Enough parking the area was good. Everything was good

The hotel was clean the person in front desk really nice guy help me with parking I bring big truck and he moved personal car to give me more space for my truck and offer me extra pads for one of my kids no extra cost I recommend this hotel

First they have to buzz you into office, had some problems with tax. Room was filled with goodwill furnishings, ripped curtains just seemed like no pride.People were friendly enough and everything was close. Right under flight path

The property is really out dated but the room I was in was very clean and well organize the stairways were very clean elevator clean very thoughtful. Just out dated and people hanging out late nothing the property can really do unfortunately.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Colony Inn, which I booked through Expedia. This hotel is a total scam. The rooms are disgusting, outdated, and extremely dirty. The moment we arrived, we were hit with the strong smell of cigarettes, despite having requested a smoke-free room. The bed was riddled with hair and bugs, and the furniture was broken and filthy. The linens were not properly washed and looked used. Their website and pics are so misleading. Although Tony from reception was very sweet and accommodating, the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt unsafe and very uneasy. We felt so uncomfortable that we decided not to stay and left immediately. Thankfully, Expedia came through and credited us part of what we spent, but I strongly recommend they stop doing business with such a terrible hotel. Save yourself the trouble and avoid the Colony Inn at all costs!
