First place I’ve stayed at that actually looked better than picture. Room was clean and neat. Only 8 minutes from Universal Studios

Our trip to LA was amazing, being in a quiet neighborhood rather than a hotel was perfect. The owner was very friendly and communicated quickly when needed. Short drive to Universal and has essentials to make a meal to stay in rather than go out. Would 100% stay here again!!

The property was so cute and exactly as listed. I felt very safe and the property was in a central location for everything we wanted to do. The property manager answered all questions and was very helpful when we asked for recommendations. Would definitely stay here again or in another location that was managed by this person.

The place was close to Warner Brothers and lots of restaurants. We only stayed 2 nights, the place was good for the 3 of us for a short stay. Owner was quick to respond when contacted.

I absolutely loved my stay here. My partner and I took our 12-year-old to Universal Studios. This place was so convenient, safe, great neighborhood, clean, comfortable, and with all the amenities we needed. The huge walk-in closet was convenient. The parking garage was helpful even though there was plenty of parking on the street too, and the neighborhood was GREAT. Von's around the corner and Starbucks!!! I loved it and will stay again to go back to Universal. Thanks, Loly!!! You have a wonderful space there.

Nice neighborhood, yummy food options around the corner in the plaza (Bea-Bea’s for breakfast and the Lotus (Vietnamese) restaurant for lunch! Street parking was easy to find. The bidet toilet was awesome! Lol

Great location that’s in walking distance to groceries, restaurants, etc. The unit was incredibly clean and comfortable and despite being on the ground floor, I did not hear even a footstep from upstairs. I am already looking to rebook for my next trip!

This was a perfect location to stay for our trip to Universal. It’s a gated neighborhood which gave us the sense of additional security. But even if it wasn’t gated, this neighborhood was so quiet and clean. Vons grocery store is 2 blocks away and Universal was 3.6 miles away. It was perfect!!! Host was very quick to reply, it’s so much nicer to stay in a VRBO instead of a hotel. I will definitely use this host again, we are from Indiana so not sure when but one day 😁

When we arrived, we were instructed to get the keys out of the lockbox. There were about 10 lockboxes and it was kind of dark so hard to tell which one was the correct box. After we figured it out, the Studio was perfect for 3 older women. We felt very safe and the neighborhood was quiet and clean! Very cute inside, and we even used the complex hot tub! We would definitely stay again!!

This is a nice property in a great location. Everything is as described. Another towel rack and hook near the shower entrance would be nice. Bathroom door is hard to close. The mattress is soft, but we'd rather it be soft than too hard. The kitchen photo should be updated to show the Keurig that's there. We will likely stay here again.

Wow, this place was perfect and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Lory is an amazing host and has great communication skills. The entrance was a breeze; however, our truck was a bit too tall for the parking structure part of the building, but finding parking was super easy. What we loved was the walking distance to all the restaurants and coffee shops, oh and not to forget the toilet. Will be staying here again and highly recommend it. The area is super safe and quiet with friendly neighbors.

Came to LA for concert downtown. This rental was priced better than any hotel and while it was a bit far from downtown, the close proximity to train station and Burbank airport made travel easy. Property was as described and check in/out was easy. Thanks!

This studio is well laid out and well located. It was very quiet for all 5 nights of our stay and very convenient to get to Hollywood and other areas around LA. Would definitely stay again!

This was everything I hoped and more - on a safe and quiet street, clean, cute, right by a Starbucks and grocery store (Vons), easy walk or drive to lots to do in Burbank. Will absolutely stay again!!

Perfect!
Everything was GREAT! Traveling across the country is almost always a stressful experience. Our stay here alleviated a lot of that. My only complaint is now I have to buy my wife the same toilet you have in there! 5 stars

Cute and Cozy
We had a pleasant stay here. Everything was as expected. The place was very clean and parking wasn’t hard to find near the room. The place was very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend!

Lovely neighborhood, Bea's Bea had the perfect breakfast burrito around the corner. Convenient parking structure. Close to WB tour and Universal. We'd stay there again in a heart beat.

This property has been the best one that we have rented while visiting our daughter in Sherman Oaks. The apartment was clean, newly remodeled, and extremely comfortable. It is in a very safe building complex. There were some minor questions that we asked and Loly texted us immediately. We were near restaurants and shopping. People who live in the building were also friendly. This is the very best rental ! Rhonda and Dan S

Lovely stay! This condo is in the heart of Burbank near everything, shops, parks, dinning, coffee, freeways. Super convenient and easy location for my daughter and I to spend one day at Universal Studios and the next day shopping. Our host was extremely friendly and neighbors were friendly as well, which made our stay even better. No complaints, I would definitely book this condo again in the future.

We loved our stay here. This place was very close to Universal studios and the traffic was very easy from vrbo to Universal Studios. Great location near a grocery store, coffee and restaurants. We loved our stay here. This place was very close to Universal studios and the traffic was very easy from vrbo to Universal Studios. Great location near a grocery store, coffee and restaurants. It was a good trip. Location is very comfortable to reach Hollywood, Santa Monica, etc. Jacuzzi was awesome!
