Room so clean

Due to the riot in TST, couldn't get to the hotel and there was no refund. Just bad day and poor experience.

clean room, 3rd times for me. great location you can walk to any places in sim sha shui. food shopping and sightseeing.

No lock at toilet door, aircon could be noisy at midnight, pillows are smelly, bed sheet is thin and not white enough. The main added point is location closed to MTR Tsim Sha Tsui D2 exit & airport bus transfer, city bus A21 from airport & get off at Cameron road.

Near bus stop and MTR ,easy going to shopping&eating

This guest house is really guest house and back packer,not normal stay for me,when I was thinking the hotel because of the first time, I was experienced such guest house. This is why I was lived my house in HongKong,1980 - 2009. I do not recommend such guest house to my friend. The safety for fire and other crime is faced seriously dangerous in Japanese.The room itself was clean, no amenity is not placed in this room. So, I bought a lot of amenityat the supermarket.This is just old town kowloon near by the old hongkong airport.

first of all, this room very cheap. even this place located in the middle of Tsim sa Tui. but this building was renovated the old apartment. someone think dirty or unpleasure about this building. because it looks very old appearance.

My experience of staying at this hotel has been great!

Typical hostel in hk but seemed to be newer and cleaner than average.

The guesthouse is vey nice. Close to many place and MTR station which conveniebce to travel. Bus stop for airport is also very close to the hotel just walk 2-3 minutes accross the road. However, the hotel is in 15&16 floor which the lift is always packed. Need to wait a bit long to go up and down. Otherwise the overall is very good. If I go back to Hong Kong, I am defenitely book this hotel.

Clean and comfy bed though the room is small. We only have to stay at night though so its not really a big deal.

Small room could be cleaner, but overall ok. Great location. Check in instructions a bit tricky. Lift only works till 00:00

The hotel was overall very decent regarding the cheap price we paid. Although, the room we got was smaller than the one in the picture at Hotels.com when we booked.

Good location. Good value for the money. Would be great if they had better lighting in the ensuite bathroom. Will definitely stay here again

This place is a good location. Close to transportation and eatery. Room is small but clean and decent. Fan and air conditioning are little noisy but tolerable.

was a little shock at first, but got over that then relised it was a perfect place as a base, so handy to everything. it was clean & quiet. a little small but overall I would go back again.

Room is small but clean. The AC made too much noise, need to turn if off. Location is great.

Tiny room, hard beds but on the plus side, it was clean, had a refrigerator, ice cold air conditioner. Down the hall was a water cooler to refill water bottles, hot water kettle and a microwave for your use. Staff helpful and friendly. Building is old, elevator is slow - but the price was super low and it is in a very convenient location.

Great spot if you’re on a busy trip to Hong Kong. There’s not too much room but I think that’s typical of most places, and it’s enough for a simple stay. Water in apartment great to have however the neighbours may not be considerate of you which is not the accommodations fault (Aussies shouting at each other at 6:30am!!). Check in was simple, despite what’s written it’s 24 hour available and I was able to leave my bag when I arrived early which was much appreciated!! Would certainly say stay!

Overall is good. Quite smooth, from locating the registration desk, take the key, and to our room. Cleanliness can be better but no complain for a night stay. Drinking water is provided at the corridor. After checking out, they allow our luggages to be put there till 7pm.

There was a little mold on the caulking in bathroom, but it was otherwise not too bad

It is good for those who are on Budget and don't stay in the room for long period as the room is small. Wifi speed is good Pls proceed to 16 floor and not 10 floor which is the guest house reception offIice. not easy to find for first time staying(see pics for the name of the main building)

Unforfetable experience and its not very costly..u should stay in this place.

The decision of choosing Pearl is location. Understood that it's guest house and shouldn't expect big room and nice environment, however, guest house staff are nice and willing to help in anything.

Nice place to stay for a couple of days. You safe money a lot and easy to go anywhere else by MTR.

it is quite very short visit but i enjoy roaming around the city.I planned to comeback in the future with my friends. I wish i had more time to visit all the tourist destinations there.. Hope to see you again..

Very near to sub way and a lot of shopping n resturant around.

I had a good stay at this guesthouse. The aircondition at the room was given did not work. I was promptly given another room. The staff was friendly. The best thing about this guesthouse is its location. It is located just a few feed from a metro station and a few yards from an airport bus stop. It is also very close to the harbor area where one can find a tourist information office. Being a vegetarian I was able to find several vegetarian restaurants with 10 to 15 minutes walking distance and a grocery store. If I am ever back in Hong Kong I will stay there again.

Easy to get to guest house from Hong Kong airport. Catch A21 Bus and get off Nathan Road stop 14. Enter Mirador mansion (actually 58 Nathan Road) then inside turn right. Use the elevator to go up to the 16th floor to check in. Check in was quick and easy, our room was on the 10th floor so a member of staff escorted us to our room. A microwave is available for use and so is drinking water. Inside the room is a mini fridge. We stayed 2 nights, and the room was serviced the second day. We had a reasonably quiet stay, but you can hear other guests enter and leave. Overall, if you are thinking of staying at a guest house in Chung King Mansion, don't! Stay here instead.
