My daughter and I went for her birthday weekend. We arrived late (after check in), we communicated with the hotel prior and this was ok. When we arrived we were greeted kindly. It was a very easy and smooth check in. All of the staff were lovely, friendly, happy and very helpful. We felt safe. The accommodation was basic but great and it had everything we needed, it was clean too. The shower and hairdryer was powerful. There was the option to pay for air con but we felt it wasn’t needed as it wasn’t summer months, however a fan would have been nice. We loved our apartment (A212) location facing the pool and near to the bar/breakfast area. The breakfast was ok, lots of choice. Unfortunately for the snack bar food they only offered one gluten free pizza, which wasn’t available. Cocktails were good tho. After checkout we could store our luggage and spend the day around the pool, we could also use their facilities to shower before we went home. Hotel location was good with lots of bars/restaurants/shops and taxi near by. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend and go back again. Thank you!

A fabulous 2nd visit for us at the Beverley Hills. There is only one downside, it is a hill climb from the bars and restaurants, albeit not far. The 2 pools are clean and plenty of sun beds. Staff were so accommodating and slick on reception.

The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean. Two bathrooms, one en-suite and plenty of hot water. Nice furniture with plenty of storage space in bedrooms and kitchen but beds were a bit firmer than we would have liked. Air con very effective and not too noisy. View over pool area and onwards to the sea was pleasant. Kitchen appliances good but poorly equipped for a self catering stay. However, reception were good in requesting the additional (essential ) items we requested and they did arrive promptly after a brief mix up with the room number. Nice pool areas, if a little small, tennis and squash courts, pool tables and games room. The indoor gym looked good but too hot to use it as air con didn't seem to be on. The exercise/ outdoor games instructor was enthusiastic. Good small supermarket within 50 metres and taxi rank within 50 metres. Several restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk and only 15 minutes walk to beach and other restaurants, 30 minutes to port for boat trips.

Fabulous stay at The Beverly hills suites. Staff were so helpful. Lovely sea view apartment with a very large terrace. Would definitely stay there again

Nice room with soap, shampoo and body wash supplied, it even had an iron.
Didn’t like the check-in experience, the staff were totally controlling and you can’t get your room keys until the clock turns 4!!!! There were groups of us waiting in Reception and even ‘dagger stares’ did not work

Fantastic as always, the calm
Oasis of white Spanish low rise apartments are beautiful with amazing hillside views of the sea. The staff are exceptional and friendly, especially Daniel on reception and nothing is too much trouble. I visit twice a year and would not stay anywhere else. They are constantly maintaining and upgrading the resort and the pools are perfect. Close to great restaurants and supermarkets and opposite the taxi rank. As nice walk down to the beach and busy resort centre takes just 10 minutes. I would highly recommend Beverley Hills Suites.

Been going to Tenerife for years but this was our first visit to Beverly Hills Suites and to Los Christianos. The apartments are clean and well maintained with 2 lovely pool areas. Some of the loungers however are so saggy they need to be replaced. The location is quiet with some very nice restaurants, bars and decent supermarkets nearby. For us, it is located a bit too far back in the resort from the seafront where we had hoped to spend more time. The uphill trek from the beach and steps within the complex could be challenging for some.

Lovely place to stay, very quiet area, walking distance to the nearest beach 25 minut, but if you like walk it's not a problem. You can always drive a car because around beaches it's a lot of space to park for free. Lot of shops and bars around. We had very nice apartment with separate bedrooms, own kitchen and balcony with the see view, plenty of wardrobes inside, iron , microwave, hairdryer, whatever you need. The only thing that could bevimproved is the accessibility to fresh towels. They are cleaning room very nicely every 3 days , so if you run out of clean towels until that time you are in trouble;) overall super place , definitely comfortable, clean and with a lot of parking space in front. I would definitely recommend!

Really like it here. Rooms and furniture could be updated, but enjoyed our stay here. Clean and quiet with grocery, restaurants and shopping close by. The hill is a challenge, but we needed to get in shape, so by the end of our stay, we could conquer it with no worries!

On arrival in apartment very dark no lights in corridor no loo paper the condition of kitchen needs replacing only one pan and frying pan bar closed 10.30 not as good as the Heights or mirage

Towels changed every 3 days but the room wasnt cleaned properly in 4 weeks. Toiletries were not replace propery.
Ask for a sea view. The road outside is quite busy, so traffic noise with refuse bins outside on roadway.
Domt do the saturday BBQ... Not worth it.

Exactly what you expect, had a good stay for the 2 nights I booked. Price was decent and you get what you pay for. The rooms coulr do with an update and it doesnt look like they clean the dishes as I found mould on a glass but other than that, it was great!

The apartment was clean and showers were really good. Customer service was great and the lady on front desk gave us a special offer for the breakfast which we took up. The breakfast was good. This hotel is great place to stay and is very relaxed. Also only 5 to 10 min walk to the beach. We have booked again.
Only one thing really to be improved is to replace spring beds with memory foam as if you not used to them it does hurt your back a bit. But I think it's just a thing with this country where they order spring beds maybe.

The air con and safe didn't work. The staff didn't listen to us that we didn't want to use the safe anymore and have our refund. Instead, they insisted they'll ask someone to fix it. Tennis is expensive (€10/hr). No kitchen paper is not given.

Had stayed at this hotel previously and always has a great time. Everything was great with the exception of no air conditioning in room H 15. Reported this a number of times and it never got sorted.

Arrived and got access to both rooms mid afternoon. Went for some food and arrived back at 2330 to find bed sheets full of termites. Did get transferred to another apartment, hotel manager was excellent but overall Excel Hotels were not interested
We did get upgrade but even then apartments need a good upgrade

Great location, the accommodation was basic and comfortable, could do with an upgrade of some basics e.g. loose plug sockets. However for the price I paid it was excellent.
Also breakfast each morning was delicious!

The safe needed new battery which I feel should have been looked at before renting the apartment

Clean, quiet and comfortable which was all I needed. I could have been sociable too and had some fun if I had already ready had plans as there was a nice bar and some activities going on. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful too.

Didn't stay in Beverly Hills Suites as the hotel group have closed this place during pandemic and kept Beverly Heights and Hollywood Mirage open. I was relocated to Hollywood Mirage which was more or less a free upgrade. Only downside was the constant racket of the cell doors of each apartment being slammed closed. Some idiots in life are not capable of working door handles correctly and this resulted in noise levels being increased in the corridor. Will take EAR PLUGS next time !!!!

Taxi dropped us off at Beverley Hills ….but it was CLOSED . Walking up the hill, following a very long journey to The Hollywood Mirage was for me horrendous . I arrived in tears and exhausted! ( 72 years old with Psoriatic and Rheumatoid Arthritis) I was also disoriented for a couple of days as I was not given any local maps / information about the complex etc apart from location of my room . This was the worst of starts to a few days holiday following 2 years of not travelling . I’m upset writing this .
