They let me and my family walk. Cancelled my booking 3 hours before check-in time, even though I asked them a week ago to confirm the booking. They lied about my credit card not working, but 5 other hotels in Quebec had no issues with it. Besides in the Expedia the receipt shows "pay at the desk". They even failed to apologize to say nothing about helping to assist with an alternative solution. The experience was terrible! They left us stranded in Matane. They deserve to be sued for moral damages, as the only reason for cancelling our booking that comes to my mind is likely of discriminatory nature. Their staff is rude and unprofessional.

Great little spot to stay, would have given it 5 stars, but the walls are pretty thin, can really heat the neighbors and road noise. Used a white noise app on my phone to drown everything out.

We stayed in What look like a newly remodeled room. It was very clean and tidy as well as the facilities in the washroom were like new. I really had a comfortable sleep and I loved my soak in the top.. It would be great if they had some air conditioning, but they did have a huge fan which worked very, very well.
A restaurant would also be an added bonus.

newly renovated with pleasing decor but customers are not permitted to cook inside the room. There was no microwave in room nor in the lobby area to use, therefore very impractical for anyone staying there, since there are very few dining options in the town of Matane.

A great motel, close to the ferry terminal. Recently renovated in a nautical theme; mini fridge, keurig coffee maker, great towels, comfy bed. The sea view rooms are absolutely worth it; almost one entire wall is a window overlooking the river.
