The e room was very, very basic. The jetted tub looks as if it used to be a closet, and the handle fell off when I tried to turn the water on. Bed was not comfortable. Would not stay here again.

I was extremely disappointed with the ammount i paid for this room due to it being dirty, the sheets, the toilet, there is some crumbs in the bathroom window and black mold. I have taken pictures as well. Just not the environment I feel safe in being pregnant especially. For 240$ not worth it. Black mold is very harmful and dangerous and so is things being unsanitary in general.

Enjoyed our stay. Close to the big hotels to avoid paying for parking.

Location was the best thing about this hotel. Not very clean and pretty run down for the price we paid. We weren’t really in the room other than to sleep for a bit.

This place is dirty! The floors, the walls, the blankets, the towels, everything was dirty! We stayed in a non-smoking room and there were cigar burns in the bed covers. There was a dirty hand print smudged on the wall in front of the toilet. All the towels have dirt stains on them and there are long black hairs everywhere! I asked for clean towels and got warm towels that had long black hairs folded into them. I know that this is a dog friendly place, but the sheets should not smell of dog. The freezer of our fridge did not work the first night, but it finally worked on our last night there. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was not properly working. I would not stay in this place ever again.

It needs a lot of updates!! Betting is still old need new blankets this place has potential because it’s in the middle of everything. I love it, but they need to upgrade the room. And yes, I’ll stay there again if I don’t find anything cheaper

Stopped in for a quick over night stay before a backpacking trip. The hotel is conveniently located to casinos, shops, food, and beach. Pool was nice, jacuzzi was old. Bed was comfortable. Check in was quick. For $100, it was worth it. I wouldnt pay more. Its old and im need of repairs/remodel. I would stay here again in a pinch.

Property is very dated and in need of much reconditioning and repairs. It was clean and convenient. What you expect for a $100 room in S Lake Tahoe.

This was the perfect place for a great place to walk to heavenly and stateline. I will probably stay again.

Great location. Not to far from the strip but just far enough for some peace. Best place to stay for a outdoor concert. Happy all around.

Only overall positive is the location and it's clean. Property is quite tired and close to disrepair with sagging walkways and many trip hazards. Paid a high premium for a place with a kitchen that was not stocked with basic equipment to use meaning the savings we expected evaporated as we had to eat out more. Used to pool and hot tub to immediately be joined by the operator's children. Much better and cheaper options close by.

I really enjoyed the location, price and staff this was awesome the only thing that was sad was the air conditioning did not cool off the room and it was quite warm.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our trip. It’s within walking distance to the beach, casinos, and Heavenly Village. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The place could use and exterior update. Overall good experience!! Thank you!
