It’s a good hotel but far away from the city and main attractions. It’s more business oriented. Service was great.

Found this hotel to deserve every single star of its rating! Our family had a very comfortable stay here during our road trip in Rajasthan.

Room decoration was not so good. Toilet is not very clean. The property needs to be upgraded soon.

Very outdated “5 star” hotel. Everything appears clean, but it feels dirty due yo how everything has aged. Facilities are in dire need of a renovation. Our first room had some electrical issues, in which loud buzzing was heard when certain lights were on. It also had old wooden floors that creaked, as did the room over us causing so much noise that we required a room change to the top floor. The next room had the same electrical sounds and issues. The room was carpets, so there was no creaking sounds, but the soundproofing was nonexistent. We could hear foot steps and doors closing all day and night. There was also music noise from an event at the hotel, but they were able to turn it down quickly when we addressed the issue. The staff was great and very accommodating, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of comfort and loss of sleep due to the noises. The breakfast was amazing. We also had dinner at Socorro both nights and were very pleased. The food and helpful staff are the only reason to stay here.

The stay there was amazing. The property is big and a bit far from main city. The rooms were big and spacious. The property is very clean. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The inhouse restaurants are good and the buffet breakfast was scrumptious. Overall a very comfortable stat.

Rooms are quite spacious. I am assuming every room has bathtub, since we booked standard room. Chowki Dhani is 10 mins away.
Food was quite costly and bad taste. 179 for a butter naan, which was stale. Breakfast buffet has poor quality even after being crowded. Staff was quite slow at the restaurant. This is the only resort we got on last day to book.

Check-in was easy and Deependra was very helpful. He kindly recommended attractions we could visit in our timeframe. At request, he showed our driver the best way to get to the hotel. Deependra made us feel very welcome at Crowne Plaza.

I was surprised that this hotel did not have heating despite the fact that Jaipur has very cold weather in winter. There were some problems with the bakery (croissants were very hard) and with room service, but other than that, this is a hotel I will stay at again.

Amazing state of art facility. Service, I felt that they could do better. On multiple occasions, the request was made and no one showed up (room service). However, otherwise the place was amazing and great dinning options. And great staff in restaurants both the chefs & servers.

Nice hotel with very good rooms and beds. Service in general was soso, don’t think they’re used to Scandinavian guests and that we require high service levels.
Best service I got from Shahid in the gym that did a very good workout for me when I was there.
the Chinese restaurant were amazing. We had the Korean bbq and got delicious food from Vikram. Highly recommended. Also very good service from virendra who was working at the same restaurant

We loved the days we spent at this hotel. Service was great. Food very yummy and the staff members very helpful, especially Vijay, one of the bell boys. He was very friendly, polite, and ready to help us in whatever was necessary. The only thing we didn’t like that much was that the hotel is a little bit far away from the downtown.

Hotel is located far from town. Great buffet breakfast with the exception of seating being taken by discourteous guests who reserve tables/seats by putting clothes or purses. They have NO RESERVED DISABLED seating/tables availabile, but they should have at least three designated in the front row near the food. The room was ok, but that’s only because we paid for a superior room. This is a big hotel that has made no effort to accommodate or find seating in the restaurant buffet area for breakfast that isn’t furthest from the food. People who have the ability to walk only think of themselves when eating here during breakfast. I wouldn’t go back there to stay.

the day we checked in was not good experience, regretted my choice but next day staff was much better so I forgot about not so good checking day. It was too far form city, I will not stay there again

We loved our stay. We really enjoyed the food and the staff was excellent, especially Yas he really made us feel like a home we were very welcomed by all the staff.
