Perfect location in central Brussels, clean, attractive, well-designed rooms. Firm mattresses. I’ve stayed here many times.

The hotel is perfectly placed in Saint Hubert galleries. Convenient and chic. The day start early so it can be a little noisy. The hotel is along the shopping area so cars can’t get in making it alittle more difficult checking in and out

Location was incredible, right at city center and close to shops, attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The room was perfect for 3 people: two-story with a loft bedroom upstairs and separate bedroom downstairs. Always someone at the front desk to greet you when you came in. A remarkable find, would highly recommend!

My rrom was well set out and it felt quite roomy for a brussels hotel. The room was so noisy, it wasbon the pedestrian route and passed bybpeople shouting till early morning, then replaced by litter collectors. The room smelt of food, sweet sometimes and a little fatty others. I prefer the stairs over the lift, but touched the rail of it and it was sticky. If you are a heavy sleeper, no sence of smell and take lifts, this is dor you.

Nice location and unique room designs and decor. A friendly staff and great location made the stay even better. Large bathroom and separate tub were a huge plus for the wife.

Loved that the hotel was right beside many of the attractions in Brussels. However, the room was fairly average and in some spots was not in great condition. Other than that, the service was fantastic and again the location was excellent. Would recommend for someone that is staying in Brussels just for the night and wanting to see as much as possible

The property is next to the Galerías. The floor is all wood and extremely noisy and I wish they had in the room an actual hair dryer. Besides that is a good stay.

The hotel was close to all our tourist stops. We had 3people traveling and had two separate rooms which was nice compared to other location in Europe. Locating the hotel was difficult and taxis had trouble. Recommend coordinating taxi with hotel prior. Pick up service through hotel was fantastic. Also monitor you train stops they are very close to central.

Beautiful boutique hotel centrally located. Super QUIET!! Our room faced the gallery and it was so quiet at night. Many restaurants near by. Central train station within in easy walking distance for day trips. Staffs were very friendly! Bring your own slippers and shower cap if those are important to you.

The hotel is a small boutique hotel located in the heart of fantastic shopping and dining areas . Every staff member we encountered were so friendly and helpful. Would stay there again!

Our bathroom had a funky smell from the drains but I hesitate even mentioning it because our room was above the savonnerie and the room itself smelled heavenly! It was clean, close to so much but far enough away from chaos….loved this place and will probably stay here again.

Great hotel in the perfect area in Brussels.

Truly special place. Room 11 is out of a dream. The bed is so comfortable. The bathroom is luxurious. Water pressure is suburb. Coffee and tea in the room. Staff is friendly. Location is ideal. So quiet yet right in the middle of everything.

Our Nikon camera was stolen from the room while we were having breakfast just before check-out. The hotel management could not care less. They were of zero assistance. We filed a report with the police but expect to see the camera ever again.

Had a nice stay. The location is fantastic, although it was a bit "tricky" to find. I actually walked past the entrance. The room was very clean. The only thing i would change is the pillows. Seemed to have seen better days and the filling has gone flat.

Considerations: - Location: provided great convenience to shopping, restaurants, and transportation. 1.5 point One eyesore of the area was the amount of trash outside businesses, and cans overflowing. - Hotel staff: available and friendly. 1 point - Amenities: Lack of what we would consider common amenities for a room at this rate: no microwave, no refrigerator, no obvious ice for drinks, no comfortable area to sit and relax, and the wood floors creaked loudly, to the point that someone going to the bathroom would cause the other person to wake up. 0 points - Shower: the area was tight but workable, except that the drain cap was right where one would stand, so that was frequently knocked loose/off. Also, the rain-shower portion was not attached correctly, so it leaked at the point where its extension connected to the main pipe, and was effectively unusable. 0 points - Tub: nicely sized and relaxing, however it took probably 30 minutes to fill to a reasonable level. 0.5 points We didn't eat at the "restaurant" that was integrated at the hotel, but it looked like a small grill with at least a reasonable continental style offering to be expected, and would not have altered the considerations above in any manner. Generally, would recommend this for a night or two, and solely for the location. Otherwise, would find a place with a bit more room space and conveniences to have the ability to comfortably relax after a long day of sightseeing or shopping.
