good service and the room is clean. The location is convenient for shopping and eating .

Lovely large and quiet room, also a big bathroom, Nespresso machine in room, seating bench at window, and small dining table too. TV doesn’t have Netflix but one can stream to it. Gym is lacking reasonable weights and equipment for a 5 star hotel (should be better), but we went to the awesome World Gym a few hundred metres away, cost NTD650 per daily session.

This hotel is well-equipped, with friendly staff, clean rooms and a convenient location of Tainan city. They also offer parking space and awarded GTS(Green travel seal). Hence, the hotel did not provide disposable personal hygiene products.

The stay is excellent! The staffs are very courteous and helpful, the room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is magnificent , offering authentic taiwanese dishes and is very tasty!

The ceiling light on top of the bed is situated in a bad position where you will hit your head if you get up in the middle of the night without the lights on. Bad design.

I stayed here with my mother and 2 children for one night. The check in process was easy and staff was very friendly. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. Multiple coffee shops and 7-11 store within 5 minute walk from the hotel and there a free shuttle to the High Speed Rail around the corner. Overall, an excellent hotel!

This hotel has a lot of small details that truly impressed me. I like its traditional decorations all over the hotel, which are true representation of the Taiwanese culture and atmosphere in Tainan. This is probably one of the most memorable hotels I ever stayed.

Every stay in silk always be perfect. Every time when I come to Tainan , Silk always be priority. Truly recommend Silk. One small suggestion that wallpaper should be changed. That will be 100%

Hallway on second floor is too dim with lack of lighting and carpet smell musty. Same as our floor on 14th floor. I would recommend change it to tiles in order to avoid the musty smell.

I booked this room for my brother and mother to stay in while we were in Taiwan. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The room was spacious, clean and very relaxing, plus the location was convenient.

This is my second stay at this hotel. Very stylish and elegant,I love the design of the lobby. All staffs are kind and helpful. Taiwanese and western breakfast are both delicious. I’ll choose this hotel also the next time.

We booked the Junior Family Queen room for family of four and it was big, clean and comfortable. It is relatively easy to get to the tourist attractions and dining places (by foot and uber) from the hotel.

Silks Place Tainan achieve 5-star on an international scale, the staff always try to fulfill customers' requests. The only thing that should be improved is “toiletries” (i.e.) shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The quality is way below the standard of 5-star hotel.

We stayed at this hotel before Covid and the conditions was much better. There’s some kind of smell from the carpet when we stepped out from the elevator, not a welcoming feeling. The room condition was ok, with open closet hangers, but no drawers to unpack our clothes. So we practically lived out of our luggage for 4 days! And

Check in time is 4pm. I have not seen such a late check in hotel. How can they have such a ridiculous rule ?
And very few power sockets in the bedroom. It’s very inconvenient.
