The comforter and sheets were dirty No phones in too

It’s a great location but man it was dirty. Lots of hair on the floor from previous guests, smears of some questionable origin all across the tv, stains on sheets and blankets, bathroom sink was clogged. WAY too expensive for this level of filth.

Location was great. The young front desk girls were on their phone while you stood at the desk and ignored you. Smoking was allowed all through the pool. Just gross

The room was gross! When I pulled the cloth blind it was filthy dirty! I had to wipe the top of the bed had black dirt on top. Then the best is that I paid a “resort “ fee for what ? This was a room that entered as a motel. There was a pool but it was a public pool! All these people that stayed else where that Intalked to were using this pool but I paid a “resort “ fee! Never stay here !!

For Put in Bay, it’s not bad. However the room was very damp, the matress was a 4/10 and the rooms were quite loud. Having said that, I’m accustomed to worse on the Island

its a great time. the floors in the roomare dirty. but other than that we haf a blast

I gave it a 3 star because: 1) When my Significant Other & I checked in, I was told it was for 1 night instead of 3 (the situation was handled correctly the next day) 2) When I initially made the reservation it was for a non smoking room but was given a smoking room. 3) I noticed there were patches of mold painting over. 4) Housekeeping came in our room the next day (Friday) ... although it was an accident, it was the principle. 5) My suggestion is don't sleep in past 10 AM because that's when they play music around the pool area. I did however enjoy hanging out with our Loved Ones while we were there. So much to see... you're able to go on the cart ride, different restaurants & to me it's a Party Town so don't bring your Children.

Toilet wouldn't flush. Stunk of puke. Bed was nasty.. I love the island and stayed many times at other places., This by far is the dirtiest place i have ever stayed! Dont get me wrong i know they aren't the fancier places on island.. but this one... stay clear!

Very good vibes Pool very clean bar staff excellent. Party by the pool with the MC was fun.

It’s fine. Not great. Not terrible. Would not stay here with family but fine for an adults drinking weekend.

We were on 3rd floor elevator did not work going down. Hallways always had something spelled in them you had to walk around. Rooms blank slate but holes in wall. None of vending machines worked on floor. One young man was nice but no one knew where things were around town. Entrance in alley behind stinky dumpsters. Signs for “resort” were poor locations. Pool was very nice but open to all made very crowded. Bed were clean but pillows hard and bed looked like tool always. Not what we expected.

This resort is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was nasty and I felt disgusted being in there. It is definitely a party hotel. Please look for another room.

It was located within walking distance to everything.

First time staying at this hotel,staff was friendly and attentive to any needs. It was close to all the entertainment.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at on Put in Bay. The refrigerator didn’t work. There was a pile of food behind the dresser, cob webs visibly present on the walls and the mattress was horrible.

The cable wasn't working and you could hear the people above us stomping. Other than that it was a Great stay.

the parking is terrible ten spots for about 50 rooms. The staff was generally and was unknowledgeable about their own facility

Nice and quiet this time of year

I really liked the in room hot tub. TV could be bigger and mounted a bit lower. Service was good.

I did NOT check in. They were CLOSED. They did not respond to the phone number on the door and it did not allow me to leave a message.

This hotel was pretty bad. Flat pillows, lumpy and flat mattress. Floors were dirty. If you're looking for a hotel in Put-In-Bay, I suggest you keep looking. If you only need a place to flop after a night of partying, this may be for you.

Very nasty low quality facilities. Bartenders look and act miserable. Woke up at 5am to a beeping noise. It was a truck dropping off a dumpster… 5am on an island in a resort. Absolutely horrible experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The hotel is boring and out dated. They make sure you sign in and out towels for the pool, no service at the swim up bar, you had to get out of the pool and walk over to the other bar. The bathrooms were nasty. Rooms smell like musty mold.

Wonderful time

While we were so excited to get to stay on the island, this place was disgusting. The linens were gross, flat pillows, dark, drear rooms.

Room was clean and tidy, but had a very musty smell. Mold spots were all over on the ceilings. We did inform housekeeping of the mold and later that day maintenance started painting our ceiling while all our clothes and things were all exposed. The management said this was a mistake and they were supposed to be painting the room next door. They did move us after we requested a room change. As we were leaving we noticed paint splatter on our suitcase. The Manager wasn’t sure what to do offering a free golf cart for the day; we were leaving and were in the process of checking out. I wouldn’t stay there again, but it was convenient if you want to be in the middle of all the nightlife.

They had bed bug in the room and we literally had to go back and forth with the lady in charge just to get another room because she didn’t think it was a bed big on the cover too I showed her 5 of them in the headboard then she gave us a room after she said she was all booked

I like the location of this hotel. Staff was very friendly. Night time was a bit load, but I also had the first room on the main floor next to the lobby. The bed wasn't very comfy.
