Very spacious room with good facilities. Loved the entry code system - no lost keys! Very quiet and no noise from other units

This was a very good motel. Good kitchenette and bathroom. Excellent beds. Very clean throughout. Only negative was the carpeted step in the room was not clearly marked and was a WHS issue as both myself and my friend fell down it. The edge of the tiled step outside our room was not marked either and resulted in my friend taking a serious tumble. I feel if these issues were resolved then I would have given an excellent rating for everything. Less mobile guests do need to be careful.

Self check in machine daunting but easy. Code for door instead of keys. Stylish decor. Well equipped kitchenette. Small but good use of space. Comfortable stay. Walkable to town centre.

It was lovely but no pool

This motel was modern, had everything we needed and was extremely clean. The only thing that took us by surprized was the electronic check in, never struck that before and it was a shame you had no-one to welcome you to this lovely motel. Our room was exactly like the picture. We would definitely stay there again.

It was very clean and modern. Close to everything and the ladies that serviced the rooms were very obliging.

This is a self check in motel with a kiosk. There are no staff to check you in. There is nothing around the property such as a pool or anywhere to sit except the one chair in front of your door. It actually felt quite unpleasant and lonely. The room was definitely clean and fresh, but the shower is not separate, the cubicle is right beside the TV in the main room.

We've stayed before 4 years ago. Comfort able, safe good locale. Only complaint was the washing machine and dryer were out of action! We stayed 2 days, and I spoke to another person who was there for 5 days and she was still waiting for the machines to be fixed. Promises promises Management told us it would be fixed asap. Made our stay not happy. Wed been travelling on the road for weeks and always look for a laundry. Never mind our next stop in Charters Towers motel couldn't do enough for us and they had 3 machines not just one!!

Very clean motel with enough cooking facilities for a few days stay. The onsite laundry was a bonus, so we caught up on washing. Property was located a 5 minute walk to Outback At Isa attractions and 10 mins from a reasonable sized shopping centre. It was off the main road, which meant there wasn’t any traffic noise. We enjoyed our 2 night stay and will certainly return when in the area next.

Exellent Motel...new, refurbished, clean, good aminities, quiet, good heating and cooling, fast internet...TV is monted a bit high...

The hotel room was great. It had onsite electronic check in which was easy to use. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathrooms kept nice and new. We were really enjoying our stay until some 20 somethings came and had friends drinking and yelling. At about 11.30pm we finally rang the managers number as the hotel has a no party policy. The manager got onto it straight away and stopped them, though they did start up fir a while about half an hour later. Unfortunately this spoiled our whole stay there. If not for those inconsiderate party goers and power drinkers, it would have been a great hotel I would highly recommend. The only thing I have, to suggest about that, is if saving money on office staff and incidentals that come with same, perhaps do a couple of patrols each evening just to check on things.

This motel has a good position. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Carpets are starting to need attention.
