No hot water the entire stay so we couldn't shower.

We had a great stay! Pool was warm and everything was clean! The only unfortunate thing I had to endure was an extra payment for a pet. I wasnt aware there was an additional fee, because there wasnt an option on Hotels.com

Very nice stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Our son arrived early and I was able to talk with some one from the front desk ahead of time so she was looking out for him and he was able to check in and get into the room before we arrived! I was so thankful for her help and she was so welcoming when we arrived. I felt so at ease! The room was clean and comfortable and great breakfast in the morning! This is a great location with lots of places within walking distance!

The location of this hotel is perfect, set back in a cute plaza full of shops and restaurants!

Ashley greeted us very warmly and with a smile. The hotel was clean, modern and quiet. Breakfast was excellent and the coffee very good! We did try a coffee in the room and it was terrible! Maybe Kreurig would be a good idea? Paul Hoppa

Everything was good and the breakfast in the morning worked well.

Room 418 Very Squeaky bathroom door Shower pressure was poor I did not mention to the staff as we were only staying overnite. The room was very clean. Breakfast area and options plentiful.

Room is one of the biggest I have stayed at in the area, the hotel and the room is very clean. Parking is very easy to park. Having a Martin’s store on a walking distance is a big plus. Overall great experience..

Excellent property…would stay again. Only issue I had was that I could hear the person snore in the room next to me. Walls are thin,but that’s no fault of anyone’s but the builder (& the snoring person).

Power was lost for almost 2 hours. We were never contacted by anyone during this time. In the morning staff never brought up the lost of power. When questioned they were not willing to adjust room charges. We were told it was do to a storm, however the rain occurred after power was restored.

Traveling with my wife, 3 year old daughter, and 1month old. Check in was fine the night time was flawless. We woke up at approximately 6:45 in the morning and start doing normal morning things like walk to the bathroom...change clothes...etc. My wife and daught leave for the lobby for breakfast while i am up stairs with our 1 month old. After they return i leave to go and get some food. After i get back my wife tells me that hotel management had come to our door and told us that we needed to keep the noise down. I am sitting there wondering what noise? The television to loud? Anyway, i shrug it off...i then walk from one side of the room to the other and the guests below us start hitting their ceiling (our floor) yelling from down stairs to be quiet. Now i am pissed because not already do we feel alienated, but now we are being harrassed. So i went to the front desk to complain to the clerk. Hopefully that takes care of the situation. I get back upstairs, and my wife and I said screw it. So, we gathered our things to check out. On my way to go get my vehicle to pull it around front I over hear the ones complaining saying that they are only getting a discounted room. Ummmm weren't my wife and I just being harrassed? All this and we were not even doing anything out of the ordinary. Well there are other hotels in Mishawaka / Granger area. I felt like my family was singled out.

Great location for visiting Notre Dame and South Bend. Friendly staff and great breakfast.
