Good location. Beds were comfortable and always like hotels that allow a constant fan.
Dirty, aged. The floors look like they haven’t been shampooed or mopped in a very long time.

The location was great.
The rooms had dead bugs. Old spider web on the lamp shade. You had to ask for clean towels and was asked to bring our dirty towels before getting new ones. In the days we stayed we were not asked if we wanted it cleaned. The staff was rude and the one person that was great was the maintenance man that needed to change the power cord so we could run the tv. When getting ice we noticed black specks that looked to be mold. We had to get the keys rekeyed because they wouldn’t open the doors after leaving. The bathroom light wouldn’t go bright enough to see in the shower.

Staff was friendly and when I had to book a second night's stay very helpful and worked well will me needs. The main entrance to the place was beautiful and very clean. I would recommend this place to stay, convince to resturants, grocery store, vets, shopping ect.
The only thing I didn't like is they allowed people to smoke by the entrance/ doors. We stayed in room 152 and the bench near the entrance was being used fir people to smoke and drink. That didn't make me feel comfortable.

Toilet was filthy with human excrement. Room had marijuana smell to it. Due to filthy bathroom we sought a change of room. The young lady who was staff politely and professionally got us another room, in which deadbolt lock DIDNOT work!

The area is perfect for easy access to Notre Dame and shippshewa. The breakfast was awesome and the pool was an added bonus.

Elevator being down on the first day and the keys to get into the room kept messing up and the lighting in the room was way too dark.

the maintenance was much improved from last year. the tires on the luggage carts are still underinflated (a very common problem in hotels) but the bathrooms were much cleaner.

Breakfast was very good with plenty of options
The room smelled; we bought deodorizer for it. The one curtain was almost down and the shower head was loose. In addition the room was supposed to be cleaned on the third day; never was and the fitted sheet was a queen on a king size bed

The breakfast was mediocre and the location was suitable for our needs. The front desk staff (manager) was excellent to deal with and responsive to our needs.

I was in Indy for a football Tournament weekend Toury...It was a good team enjoyd themselves people were really from what I could remember...

Breakfast personnel failed to show up for work on the morning I was there. As a result, the trash can was overflowing in the breakfast area. The food was not replenished and many items were unavailable.

I loved that the staff was so helpful and very kind. The facility was nice and clean but was also comfortable. Great location to stores and places to eat.
The beds were not as comfortable. The pillows were very light and had to fold it a couple of times to get comfortable.

The location of the hotel was really good and near a lot of shopping and 10 mins from Notre Dame. The continental breakfast was pretty good. The staff was really nice.
It was a little run down and not the cleanest.

A trash can closer to the food side so customers did not leave the cups from the waffle maker on the counter.
