Hotel was clean, updated and bed/room was comfortable. Staff was excellent, spoke English, and gave us good recommendations for shopping and dining, etc. Included breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Location was convenient to who we were visiting and the park/zoo one block away was a fabulous discovery!

The suites are not very well kitted out (kettle and more crockery would be useful) On the first day toilet blocked and my towels were removed. After this service was excellent just a bad day. Pool a little small but useful facility to cool off in in evening. Breakfast an excellent arrangement of cold platter pastries and fruit.

Location is great. Unfortunately they need to work on cleanliness. Bathroom needs a major makeover with bleach. They offer plates w/no sponges or dish detergent. i will not be returning. U ask 4 clean towels and they dont come.

Excellent service when we arrived! Great reception and recommendations for nearby pizza and city tour. Breakfast was outstanding. Located near to zoo and bus. Front desk staff spoke excellent English

The hotel is an average 3 stars but with very good customer service. Lication is good considering Montevideo is small and dinning options are very good on a 10 blocks radio. The complimentary parking garage is a great future to leverage against other options. Is very hard to park in the city.

We have only have positive things to say about the hotel or staff, they were always very friendly and willing to help when needed Room was left spotless after cleaning Easy walk to shopping centre or down to the Rambla and other interning places near by. If you don’t like walking transport is right outside the door We wouldn’t hesitate to go back next time we visit family

The hotel building was decent... the swimming pool looks nothing like the pictures. They took about 3 hours to get me a room upon checking in...The room never saw a duster in my entire stay - 4 nights. don't come here if you are allergic to dust. Breakfast was very generous and tasty! Front desk guys were very helpful.

I had stayed here many times in the past. The hotel has gone downhill. The staff at night was useless in giving directions. They made no effort and in fact sent me to a restaurant that was closed. On 4 separate occasions we returned to a clean room without ANY towels. Do you can imagine being tired or sweaty and not be able to shower or get refreshed. This was unacceptable missing once is an error this many times is a routine standard. Finally we ordered room service 3 times and only received it once. The other two never came. The hotel staff speaks English so there was no reason for the experience. Usually after we called the main lobby towels would come. I did speak with the manager, I got apologies but no credit. This was a 20day stay with two rooms. I expected at a minimum for towels, efficient service. They are not short staffed just poorly manage. Lots if other choice same price range. Choose more wisely. This will be my last stay here!

Ok stay , not at the level it was before the pandemic. Parking is an issue, small parking spots, several of them unavailable, hard to fid one appropriate spot to park after 9PM (you are paying $12/day for that privilege)

Decent hotel for budget price. The room smelled like chemical cleaning products. Hallways and room looks sterile, like an office building. The bed mattress was terribly soft - I sunk into it and I’m a short, slight woman. I wouldn’t stay here again. Staff was very nice though.

I really like the food here . The breakfast is always very well presented and lunch and dinners are good and reasonable priced . The rooms are always cleaned to a high standard and all of the staff are very polite .

Excellent service and great location near Pocitos. Nice hotel. The only exception was cleanliness, we saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Everything else was very good.
