Breakfast food was basically gone around 0730 and not replaced for at least 45 minutes. Not sure why we pay for uncovered, un protected parking when anyone could just pull up and park for free.

The water was not warm. It was miserable taking a shower after paying close to $400. The room was beautiful and nice.

It was fine. Mattress was maybe a bit soft and bed low. Not sure why but we were given a room for a disabled person. Could be why.

We took our 5- and 7-year-old grandsons for a staycation. The boys gave the hotel 5 stars. The pool area was good sized and very clean, with plenty towels. The water was a bit cool but tolerable. Breakfast had something for everyone. It was a great stay.

This is my goto hotel when staying in Tyler. Very quiet and clean. Staff are super friendly and welcoming.

Room was clean and kept in good condition. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. The location was great for our trip. We would be willing to stay again if in Tyler.

It was raining during our trip so unloading was not pleasant. Most hotels have an area to unload that is out of the weather. Might think about future sites adding this so that customers don't get wet while unloading. Hotel staff was great, but I would not stay at this hotel again due to it does not have any protection from the weather.

Our stay was good. Hotel was clean and pool was good just exceptionally hot in there. I was not aware that there was a charge for parking. I did not see this when I booked and it was not mentioned when I checked in. I saw it on the bill after we checked out. Also we booked this hotel because it had a bar but it was never open during our stay.

Overall, this is a good hotel with full kitchen and a nice living area. We even cooked and ate dinner for our one night stay. Appreciate that they supplied the kitchen with essentials including a small salt and pepper set, cause we forgot to bring them. Like the shower room. The only thing is breakfast is just ok. Some of the things were stale.

Room was out the elevator all the way down the hall turn all the way to the other end of the hall by the stairs. Nice rooms but very inconvenient and you could hear the HVAC system running all night

Wonderful room. Super spacious. The only downside was that the fitness center was unavailable due to water damage. (Certainly not the fault of anyone there, just an inconvenience). Would absolutely stay there again.

The overall stay was pleasant and couldn't be better but the booking process for members when using a third party can be better. Wasn't treated like a member and have stay with this hotel plenty of times.

Our keys never worked more than once. We could not get connected to the WiFi. The sofa bed was only a TWIN, never seen that before! Our king bed only had two pillows. The room was the smallest I have ever had in the US. The indoor pool was pretty gross…WAY too much chlorine. And there were no pool towels. It’s just not a very well maintained property. We won’t stay here again.

Great stay. We will stay again. Didnt give 5 stars because its not the end all be all. We think they gave a free drink at the bar but wife wasnt sure she heard right when she checked in. So yes, theres a bar. Bed was very comfy and room clean. Note though that they have a pet option and i did get sneezy on the couch. Disnt try breakfast nor pool. Close to lots of stuff. Plenty of parking. Easy access.

This was the 2nd stay for my family. The suite was spacious that was plus. The pool was out of service due to the heat pump not working. The water was cold! But overall it was ok since it was 1 night

Great Hotel in Tyler. The room/suite was well laid out, lots of space. Very functional and spacious shower. Nice kitchen. Staff was very helpful. Very pleased with the whole experience.

I had my 9 year old daughter’s sleep over party there. They were able to accommodate me which I checked on before booking. As I was checking in the representative saw a note said room wasn’t ready, she went and got a walkie and the guy confirmed that the room was clean. I go in and start setting up for the party I move the couch that was in there and there was trash all behind the couch and a sock behind the dresser in the bedroom. Other than that the workers were friendly.

Clean, spacious suite, very nice helpful employees and good location in town. Our only issue was the comfort of the mattress. The second bed was a sofa couch and you could feel every spring in the mattress. We got four blankets from the office and that made a difference. Not a lot of support in the bedroom mattress.
