Andres is running the show at this hotel. He is very helpful and his English is perfect. Def will stay at this hotel again, no doubt.

Great room with a balcony but it could have been cleaner. And they had an ant problem in the bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was on a quiet street so noise pollution was not an issue. Beds were comfortable, and we were able to get additional pillows and blankets to make our sleep even better. Only downfall is that the images for the bedrooms and bathrooms don't always match. Image for the room we booked showed both shower and bath within the bathroom, but when we arrived there was only a shower. A quick talk with the front desk got us another room with only a bath. We were told for the future any specific request for the bathroom to place in the requests box. Now we know for next time.

Terrible experience, not sure if it was because we got the worst room or all rooms are equally bad. Toilet did not flush properly, had to flush a few times and spend few minutes. Wash basin water flow was so little that it took a few minutes to just wash hands with soap. Bathtub water was clogging and all the soap foam was floating on top, had to wait for the water to drain before starting the shower again. No hair dryer in the room even though it should have been there. Booked room for two days, the wifi network was visible and worked okay on the first day but the phone couldn't even see the wifi network on the second day. The receptionist mentioned that the booking does not include breakfast quite rudely. While I was aware that the booking doesn't include breakfast, she could have been a bit more polite because there was no reason for her to be rude.
I hope this is not the condition with other rooms and not sure why we were given such a third grade room...if you are a tourist, I strongly suggest to not consider it. Doesn't deserve any stars in my opinion.

Based on my person experience and my opinion ONLY.
The check in was great! Internet is great! I asked a king sized bed and paid for it; however I was given (2) two twin mattresses merged one with each other. I hate the feel when my body is in the middle of that gap.
Hotel located in great area; however I would stay elsewhere. You will hear every person on the floor due to no isolation and cheap room doors. There were construction activities at or about 7:30 in the morning on the street.

Nice hotel in the San Isidro district. The area around the hotel is fairly quiet (for Lima), and is walkable to some phenomenal restaurants, a nice church, Bosque El Olivar (a beautiful park very near the hotel), and is overall very nice, central, and safe. The hotel itself is pretty modern and well staffed. The room was comfortable and clean (under the bed was a bit dusty, but everything else was fine). Would definitely recommend staying.

I booked a room way in advance and when it came time to check in (8pm) they informed me there was an issue with a prior guest who could not check out due to a medical issue. I understood that because of that they did not have an available room, but they told me they booked a 4 star hotel and would pay for our taxi. I booked that hotel as it was walkable from our pickup spot for our transportation the following day. The new hotel was further out and required a taxi. As an inconvenience they offered us breakfast, but we informed them it was not possible as we were being picked up at 5am. Instead we suggested dinner. They agreed but only offered 2 options no no beverage choice. It was clear they had a list of other options as the whole menu on the wall of their dining area. not only that it seemed like it was an inconvenience for them to compensate for our inconvenience. it seems like they wanted us out as soon as possible. When arriving to the new hotel that they booked. it turns out it was not a 4 star as they stated. Internet showed it was a 3.5 star and cheaper than our original booking. It would be different if they moved up on the hotel for the inconvenience to the booking they should honor, but they downgraded and wanted us out as soon as possible as it is less of a liability. Overall experience was terrible and would NOT recommend based on the service provided.

The hotel is on the smaller side, but very clean and very helpful staff .. the location is the best .. it's a walking distance to everything and in the heart of San Isidro and next to the "El Olivar" .. an amazing park to rest and walk around .. very safe all the area around it.

A beautiful eco friendly hotel in the center of Lima. Conveniently located in the center of city within walking distance to all.
A short drive from airport but worth the travel. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Lima.

Modern, clean hotel in a nice area. Lots of shopping and dining options around. Nice room with good WiFi, and good breakfast. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Would recommended.

Very clean and modern rooms. The breakfast (included) was very good, with a good amount of GF options for my husband. We very much enjoyed our stay. AND, it is two blocks from Astrid & Gaston.
