The hotel is not clean, they only give one towel. The room & floor is old and lights in the room are dark.

The stay is fine. Towels are limited. I suggest they need to have microwave and electric iron in the room.

I rarely write reviews, but I have to now. The service is so poor!! There were times during our stay where we called the reception regarding basic needs; toiletpaper, towels etc. We had to call several times and we were told that they’ll come soon (we gave them 1,5hrs and they still didn’t show up). We went to the reception and picked them up ourselves. This happened multiple times in our short stay there - we’re glad We didn’t stay longer!! The breakfast was decent but other than that - it’s really not worth it.

The bathroom can use some work. Drain and exhaust fan are not working well. Provided towels looked soiled so we have to use our own for the rest of our stay and the towels looked over use and gross. Our door doesn’t open properly and even after their maintenance person tried to fix it, it came back stuck after a day. The room overall can use some proper maintenance. For the discounted rate, I supposed I got what I paid for.

Room was very comfortable but could use a little updating, the lobby looked brand new, maybe they just haven’t gotten to the rooms yet. Loved our stay, 5 minute walk to SM mall!

The room was stinky when we got there smells like mold, we complained but they don’t even know what molds is. They don’t even clean our room for two days we only had two towels and one toilet paper in there, we had to asked the front desk if someone can clean our room and bring towels and toilet paper.

It’s ok, the service was nice. Needed to request toilet paper (none at arrival) no tissues to blow your nose, no water upon arrival but was included when we requested it. No daily cleaning service during the stay. Noisy we can hear everything from the hallway.
The place was clean and the stay was agreeable overall but not impressive in any way. For the same price we have found better service elsewhere.

Staff are friendly and respectful. The site is wonderful coz its near sm and bus terminal. The room is good but the towels are old and dirty white already. Should have a face towel and a hand towel. Staff told us that only the suite room has a supply for face towel.

Split air AC abnormally noisy/ticking, leaked all over floor, bathroom smelled and had rust stains on floor of shower, buffet was cold and stale with limited selection. Listing said Queen or two twins, but hotel would not honor Queen room. Disappointed and will not stay here again.

Staff were so welcoming and very nice. Check-in and check-out was quick. Breakfast was excellent and dining crews were so helpful. Food was great and delicious. Will surely stay here again in the future. Location was convenient to everything especially the big mall infront.

There were a lot events happening and the hotel was pretty busy. Just stay the night to catch the ferry next morning. Location was great

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. The towel provided was visibly dirty, with a yellow stain. The bed sheet was also unclean, we have to request a change upon check-in. Additionally, the door lock malfunctioned multiple times and could not be promptly fixed.
