Stayed in the family apartment. A 4th bed was crammed into the lounge downstairs leaving no space to move. Appears there was permanent residents staying there and they were extremely noisy, running up and down the stairs, slamming doors and kept us awake most of the night. The milk supplied for tea and coffee was in a jug covered with cling wrap. Powerpoints didn't work. Overall a very disappointing stay.

Arrived after using WOTIF website and found it was overbooked. Arriving after 8pm it took another 1 hour to find another location.

A very well maintained property in excellent condition. Comfortable bed and reasonable sized room which was positioned on the upper floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

Booked the Family Room which was great. Plenty of room and quiet at night. Had a toilet upstairs and downstairs. Lovely balcony with one of the bedrooms.Loved the big bathroom towels. Amenities in bathroom are a minimum -no shower cap.

Comfortable unit close to CBD. Pump on bath was a bit loud so might be getting a bit old and worn. Otherwise great place to stay.

Stayed for one night and it was exactly what we needed - spacious, clean, warm and close to city centre. Parking in front of unit. Unit was two-storey (bedrooms upstairs from living) which was quite unique. A bonus having two toilets when travelling with kids.

Apart from not being able to access the wifi, the room was good. Comfortable, warm and all basics supplied.

We arrived early and were able to check in at 10 am the room was excellent with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is neat and located near a supermarket which is just 5 mins walkway. The owner is enthusiastic and helpful, he provided us good information and suggestion. the apartment matches the picture.

We were driving from Wellington to Auckland and this Motor Lodge in Hamilton was an ideal place for stopover and near to several pubs / restaurants and 2 large supermarkets.

Pleasantly surprised. Good location close to the city and pak n save close by. Good sized room. Real comfy pillows and the bed was great. All sky channels (less rialto but we are more happy with the sports channels and movies). Staff very friendly and you can tell they have put every effort into their business.
We will be back again for sure!

It was great to be able to escape the heat and buzz of the festival and lie down and rest under the fan. Meals were easy with cafes, supermarket and takeaways all close by,

We were there for two nights for a family wedding. I like the fact that the units were two story ao we had no=one above us making noise.
