It rained heavily and the water came through the window. We are still waiting for a call and to be moved to a different room. Also we got a disabled room on the 4th floor. Not sure why! One elevator was out the whole time we were there and the first night until late morning Friday both elevators were out.

The property had a nice lobby but as we made our way to the room, we noticed several issues. Elevator out of service, refrigerator not cooling, broken curtain rod,etc. Several other small issues. Also, there is no complimentary breakfast like most other mid-range hotels.

The service here is off the charts for a mid range facility. Awesome staff, super hot breakfast. This is my new place when in the Sherman area.

Terrible stay for the price. TV broken, room humid, never could enter in my room always had to have someone use the master key. $170 a night was a robbery

We were there for my father’s funeral. The night before, we were unable to open the door. We were left sitting in the lobby for 3.5 hours until 1am while they attempted to get it open. We HAD to have our funeral clothes so we suggested they call the fire department but that wasn’t an option because it would be too expensive AND they had no other rooms to put us in. So when they finally got it open, we slept with broken door but could lock from inside. They promised to fix next day while we were at the funeral. We arrived at 2:40pm to find the door propped open with no one around and all our stuff in plain view. Unacceptable! Another room became available, but they didn’t tell us…they just handed my mom the keys and sent her up to us. Ok, she was my mom, but how did they know? No security whatsoever here. We moved ourselves. We never had maid service during our 4 day stay, there was no shampoo in the 2nd room, and we weren’t able to get coffee replenished. Only one elevator working also. When I asked for compensation, they said there was nothing they could do because I booked through hotels.com.

We had to check in late and the later night staff was so friendly and helpful.

Elevator has been out of service for the last three weeks. Bar and Restaurant have many items out of stock. Seems to be a lot of staff turnover. Feels like this place may be having financial difficulties.

The room was not correct had to change rooms- room keys didn’t work half the time- elevator was out of order so only had one elevator- the man at desk on Saturday was very nice and super helpful.

We needed a place for just an overnight stay. Staff were very friendly as well as helpful. Everything was good and I will be adding Hilton to my list of nice places to stay. It's also affordable! Big plus in my book!

Our room was dirty. Basic cleanliness wasn’t met. Shower and shower curtain were filthy.

I just felt for the price the room that I stayed in needed to be updated and One of the elevators was broke so it took a little more longer to wait for just using one instead of two working elevator

Great getaway for baseball tournament. Would definitely stay again! Restaurants in walking distance and quick access to highway.

This is an older property and looks has such. Should not be rated an 9. Not terrible but I what you would expect from the guest rating

Expected more from a hotel with it's reputation. Facility was average and breakfast choices were limited for the price.

Very musty smelling, unclean and outdated. Bathroom drains clogged and front desk not nice at all! Dead batteries in remote and facility refused to correct. Unprofessional in general!

Both elevators out of service… front desk unable to help… had to call the Hilton main customer service so they will only charge for one night and refunded for the second one so I could go to a different hotel with functioning elevators… not coming back to this property sadly… second visit with elevator issues… terrible bland breakfast!

The staff were all very nice.

Room & amenities were great, this is our 3rd time at this location. I didn’t realize they allowed pets, so we did hear barking a few times. That didn’t bother us a much as the housekeeping staff knocking loudly at every door around us and talking loudly. I think they could clean rooms that have already checked out before waking up everyone on the floor. Front desk and bar staff were great, enjoyed our food & drinks.

Stay was great, however, I selected a king bed, room with breakfast and when I checked in, the room was not what I selected nor the breakfast included.
