Room was not too small neither too big. We have managed easily to pack our 2 big and 2 small suitcases prior our flight. I didnt found anything extreme bad elements in the facility, beside limited breakfast options.

The onky issue it has is that eventhough it has a thermostat , you can't control the temperature of the room and it does not get as cold.

Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great. Room was not clean: a lot of dust, stains on the carpet, dirty kitchen counter and dirty utensils in the cupboard.

I love how big the room is and there were an stove, microwave, and fridge. The place gi e you a feeling of staying in a suite while its a regular room.

I stay here every other week. I can stay anywhere I choose and I haven't had a reason to change hotels. Friendly staff, nice restaurant, decent breakfast and Thursday entertainment is always good.

I've stayed at their locations before. This particular one does not have free washing & dry, which I did not like that much, but it was okay. It was only $3.75 to wash and $3.00 to dry.

Very nice hotel at a safe and quiet location near the airport. Free parking and breakfast. Staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and had everything I needed. The kitchenette was very convenient. My only complaint would be that the AC was really cold and I had a tough time sleeping at night because of it. It would turn off randomly and the room would become too warm. It was confusing to adjust the temperature. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

My husband and I had an amazing time. Everyone was so polite, friendly and respectful. Breakfast was great as well. Very quiet and comfortable. It was our first time in Miami and from the minute we walked in to the time we left was just so smooth and easy. Will definitely book here again and definitely recommend it.

Considering this property is part of the Marriott family the rooms and staff are not at Marriott quality. We found dust in our room, stained bed sheet and we were handed a towel with stains on it during one of the cleanings. The staff are not very friendly compared to my other experiences at Marriott hotels. The free breakfast is also subpar. The hot water was lukewarm. I will not be staying here again.

Overall great hotel. The food and staff was great. My main complaint is that this hotel is very difficult to find. The view on the street showed no visible sign of this hotel. We found the Loft and turned there. We found a tiny sign with Element on it. The outside of the building looks very uninviting. Need a giant well lit sign. Also the trees block the sign.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. I stayed in 3 different hotels on my vacation there and this was the last hotel of my vacation and I could not be happier with it. I will definitely return back to this hotel. Breakfast was great and staff was awesome.
