Excellent location but the windows had not been cleaned for a long time. Internet connection was impossible. Ideal parking across the road with Wilson’s was well worthwhile booking through the hotel.

A classical style of luxury hotel with well dressed and professional staff. The room was spacious and comfortable with complimentary mini bar.

Second time returning to this great hotel. Excellent central Adelaide location close to tram stop and Rundle mall.
Rooms in very good condition with very comfortable bed.
However, some staining on carpets and loud noises coming from fridge and toilet throughout the night.
We have stayed at this hotel before and the noisy amenities were only an issue in the most recent room.
Overall, lovely hotel and would recommend to anyone staying in Adelaide.

Very well located in the center of Adelaide but definitely not a 5 star hotel.
Many inexperienced staff, lack of response to room service requests, very limited bar hours 5-9pm only.
Roof terrace ok but poor outdoor space.
Difficult drop off and pick up area . Overall Ok but needs downgrading to 4 star to lower expectations

There was rubbish left from the previous tenants,
Our cheese order to finish our meal at their premium restaurant, never arrived
The room didn’t have spare toilet paper.
And the air con was intermittent.

Room was not serviced at all 1 the 3 days, even though clean room now was lit up .
Mini bar is free , yet not replaced at all 1 of the 3 days either.

Our check in experience was poor, late and inclusions were not acknowledged. Breakfast was included in our booking, but no mention was made or advice on where breakfast was available.
The windows in our corner room looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years.
We will not book this hotel again.

Absolutely perfect location. Very nice hotel in general, fabulous roof top bar, very spacious room.
The beds were too soft for me though but I'm a heavy guy.
Also gym was not that well equipped.
Would definitely come back.

Clean and fancy rooms. Friendly staff on entry. Only issue was that our room was facing Hindley street so I’d ask for a different room. Bathroom was amazing

We know this hotel as we hosted our daughters wedding here 4 years ago .We loved this short break of 3 nights to attend our religious convention in the city.,lovely clean room very comfortable, felt totally relaxed .Had lovely dinner with our family & friends in the Den resterant, hope to return again soon

This was my second stay at the mayfair and it was excellent, it is my choice of hotel when visiting Adelaide. The rooftop bar is delightful

A very well appointed hotel that in the past left me very impressed. This time however, the bedding was a bit tired - very hard, clearly old and lumpy pillows and a queen sheet doing its best to cover a king mattress. This aside, still a great hotel - I just hope it’s not loosing its shine.

Always great to stay at the Mayfair, dissapointing that after many stays im still yet to receive the Gold member free room upgrade. Funny how even on a mid week day where the hotel was very quiet, once again they have no rooms available for an upgrade. Standard line from this hotel every time I stay. Maybe Hotels.com need to remove them as a gold partner and drop them further down the list in the search results.Other than that, it is a great hotel.

Mould in corners of the shower. Room comws with rooftop bar drinks vouchers but never received them. Limited options for room service and food ordered was cold when arrived. This is my favourite hotel but this visit, it did not meet usual excellent expectations

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mayfair Hotel. Easy check in and checkout. Nice roof top bar and Restaurants below.
The room was of a good size , plenty of space and comfortable.
The location is great , as its walking distance to everything in the city.

The staff were excellent and always willing to help. The room and facilities were first rate and we loved the location with everything being within walking distance of where we wanted to go. The only drawback that is out of their control is the condition of the side streets and alleys. Other than that it was a great experience.

loved this motel, staff were lovely and helpful, opened 24hrs a day. mini bar was free and usually unheard of. room was cleaned everyday. would definitely stay here again. the restaurant was amazing especially the beef wellington.
