everything about the hotel room and service meet it's standard. However, the breakfast buffet is disappointing.
Five stars hotel's breakfast should do a lot better. (food choice, quality and taste)
My personal view, the breakfast the hotel provided is three stars hotel level.

This hotel was located next to the mall, close to a location I needed to be. I found the hotel clean, comfortable with efficient staff. My only complaint was not the fault of the staff but every hotel I’ve ever stayed in in Taiwan and Japan has the lingering scent of cigarettes that I find disgusting. The hotel also doesn’t ha t the best soundproofing from the street noise or other guests in the hallway.

The staff Amber was really helpful and friendly. I request an impossible task. She surprisingly made it happen. I am so happy with my trip because of this.

It is tiny, poorly equipped and maintained. When I went in the morning, it was full. And after waited for nearly an hour to get to a treadmill, the towels and water ran out. This is terrible given the price for this hotel.

I've been staying in this hotel 3-4times, found room worn out quickly. Not as nice as my first 2 stay.
Shower room with stains on wall.
Room is rather small if compared to Tainan hotels.
Breakfast used to be great and hospitality didn't keep up.
They cannot arrange make up room after around 3-3:30pm when I asked for it, as staffs claim they will not arrange as they already done for that floor.
I never got a rejection from hotel for make up room before. But they didn't mention when I checked in or with message in room about details of making rooms.
The Place not any more my place, not a good deal in term of the price now.

It’s next to a shopping mall (T.S. Mall). Very convenient location. Shuttle bus stop to Tainan HSR station within walking distance.

They have special event during the time I stayed, so we enjoyed the time there. One thing I regrated was arriving there too late at night; need more time to enjoy the event

Clean and spacious room with nice decor! Most staff are warm and friendlt. The Place is right next to T.S. Mall. Gym needs maintenance though, equipments are giving out squeaky noise.
