Downtown Spokane has gone to the transients. Not safe! No fault to the Towers. We had a great stay and room key usage in elevators assured safety.

The Davenport Tower is always a fabulous hotel. The food, however, is horrible. For such a nice place you'd expect at least diner level food. I've eaten many things over the years at the Tower and have never had anything even up to Applebee's quality. This trip I tried some chicken wings that were so sour...yes, sour...that I couldn't choke them down. I don't usually complain about things like this, but this is over the top.

We were not able to connect our phone with our Hulu app to the tv even when someone came to help us. I had to call to get our room cleaned and replenished with towels and cups and glasses. I think if you are not going to clean the room and replenish items in our room we should get a discount for that day??? The bed was too soft.

For a hotel that reaches for an air of grandeur, the rooms, while spacious, are lacklustre and poorly appointed. The bathrooms are in dire need of upgrades, with old grouting between the shower tiles and years of dust and grime in the grooves of the trim and finishes. As for the sleep…the pillows are the smallest and most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. They are about the size of an accent cushion with very little thickness. The room decor is gauche with enormous mirrors on the headboards. There are no fridges in the rooms, so if you are staying for more than a single night and plan to have cold beverages, this is a pain. They really want you to go downstairs and spend extra money in their bar. We did appreciate the meal and drink vouchers that came with the booking though. Very ordinary hotel experience, nothing really stood out. We spent extra on the booking because of the reviews, but staying at a smaller boutique or independent hotel would have probably been a better experience.

We were at bar and because we had some people joining us had to move tables. When we moved, we sat there for half an hour and known of the bartenders came to ask if we wanted to order anything or offer drinks. that was disappointing.

I really enjoy this hotel. The service, food, and decor are great. However, the bed was so uncomfortable, neither of us could sleep well. We didn't request another room because we had such a full schedule of things going on. We didn't have time to be repacking and unpacking again. Big disappointment. I did send an email to the manager stating this.

I have stayed here many times. This time things have gone down hill. The room was very worn, the bathroom not clean. Shower had stuff smeared across the wall. No conditioner no hand soap. Rips in the sheets. Noise from the train it was overall very disappointing. Skip on this hotel not worth it.

Very nice property in a great location. Family friendly, easy check in, walk everywhere. Good price and would recommend and stay again. Room was clean expect for fake eyelashes stuck to the lamp by the bed! So gross but I did mention it at check out and they gave a $20 discount on the room which was very nice. I ordered a Caesar salad for dinner to take to my room and it was only lettuce. No croutons or cheese. $18! A little disappointing so probably wouldn’t eat at the hotel again.
