Spotless.really comfortable,good service definitely recommend

We were  guests  at the hotel 25 till 28 this weekend.  The service from the hotel front desk & staff was grate! But! We were expecting a cirten level of service from the restaurant staff. On the night of the 26th we set down for dinner... 1. No one wellcome us.  2. After 10 min of waiting & waving to the waiters... one come to the table.  3. We asked 2 qustions on the menu- in English -he did not understand English! What kind of 5 star resturant dont have staff that talk english??? The manager of the restaurant cam - his name is martin, he was super rude!  insted of super nice!  becuse we dont mix milk with meat we asked what on the menu can "work"? at one point he told us " we dont serves chicken brest , outside- yes" & directed us uotside of the restorant!!! Needless to say we left! spend our mony on the "next door" hotel , wich welllcom us with a smile!.  Bad bad nad experience.  Not recommendin at all the eat there!

Staff are rude.... food is terrible and overpriced.... swimming pool is in a shaded area...ask reception for loo roll and never bought it up at all !!!! Silly thing to complain about you might think but reality of it you need it ....Bed comfortable great sleep very quiet In evening so not a problem wouldnt stay here again.

Nice hotel just outside the noise of Sunny beach. The hotel offers one free use of the Spa facilities.

I like everything.all services were decentThere was a problem with the room as the sofa allocted for 2 children aged 12 and 13 was too smallAfter consultations they changed the room to 1 with a big sofa and added an extra bed which was more than sufficient.But in general for the price paid this apartment is not adequate for 4 people. It is better to take 2 smaller apartments.In any case it is a quite little place

Great location and away frrom the hub of madness in central Sunny Beach. Only 2-3 minutes walk to the beach and lovely local restaurants close by. Bus stop a couple of minutes walk away. 35 minutes walk to the main nightclub area if you want it. The hotel and the staff were faulous. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Only downside was no evening entertainment if you have kids and you need to stay at the hotel in the evening. However, the balcony was spacious so we sat there most evenings and watched a couple of films of which there are plenty of channels.

Very friendly staff at the pool,always there to help people. Met a lot of great humans, just the cleaning ladies were a bit not serious about their job. The hotel itself is an amazing place with beautiful view and a lot of activities around.

Great place to stay for the beach and to see Nesebar. The pool was a little cold. The staff was very helpful.

Since this is the prime season, hotels are heavily overprices, so I was looking for cheaper alternatives. Overall i'm extremely pleased with my choice, though the price is still a bit too high for what you're getting.

Great hotel and amazing service and attention by personnel. Was in apartments and would highly recommend. Trendy, clean and well-furnished. Perfect for getaway or party. Walking distance to the best beaches during daytime and clubs (Cacao, Bedroom) in lower Sunny Beach (close to Nessebar). 24hr market around the corner

Being on the southern end of Sunny Beach its a great location for visiting Nessebar and the main section of the city. The rooms (we had 3) were all perfect, the staff was very friendly and extermely helpful with any questions we had as well as speaking very good English. Cant recommend this hotel enough and would happily stay here again

very high C/P hotel, it is very new and near the beach,but no beach view.The building is very new and modern, but inside the room is not good as building outside.The level of water always become high in the shower room. water is easy overflow.the furniture is ok. Its new but not luxury and modern.

I stayed in the hotel with a friend for a week. We arrived very late (early) from the airport at about 3am but this was no problem for the staff who were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is on the edge of Sunny Beach and so it is not too loud at night but is close enough to head into the centre of the area if you want to go out for some drinks and / or partying. Transport links are easily accessible from the hotel and take about 10-15minutes to get to the centre of Sunny Beach. We walked to Nessebar's Old Town in around 40 minutes. It is well worth a visit. The restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent also and the food is very reasonably priced. We ate there often throughout the week and a particular highlight was all the fresh seafood on offer. The room is cleaned / freshened up each day with fresh towels which was great. I really couldn't fault the hotel or the staff.
