The staff were super helpful and friendly.
Pro tip: if you're staying in a cabin in winter, make sure you pack your slippers/ugg boots. There's a good heater, but the floor was freezing!
Only suggestion: Maybe the reception could get a coffee machine or even a Nespresso machine for an on-site non-instant coffee option.

Cabin was clean with good amenities. Water supply was interrupted for at least an hour on the first morning (8.30 - at least 9.30) without warning. Staff did not know why and when it was going to be back on. Poor communication!

I booked a unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 double beds, on arrival was told sorry not available, got 1 double bed and bunks. I especially requested double beds, the price did not concern me BUT I DID NOT WANT to sleep in a BUNK BED. I was not informed of this prior to my arrival even though I especially requested it.

Had to make 3 out of the 4 beds ourselves…place was freezing at 9:30 when we arrived, could have put some heating on. I did ring and explain we had delays and would be in late.

Super helpful staff & everything has been thought of. The room was cosy & had everything for a getaway. All cooking items & bed linen provided were perfect & we loved the “Games room”. Perfect for families with the games room a park & pool & also for couples. We will be back in summer to use the pool! Great property & staff :):)5/5

Loved our time there. The park is close to town so easy to pop in to Eildon and back.Didn’t get a chance to see the whole park but the playground, jumping pillow and games room were fantastic. Kids had a ball! Best playground we have seen at a holiday park in ages.
Our cabin was wonderfully priced, comfy and warm. The staff member in the office was very lovely and welcoming.
Would love to come back in the future.

Great size accomodation for our family, plenty of room for the kids to play inside or outside, easy parking, clean and tidy park and when we arrived the weather was quite hot, they had turned on the cooler for us so the unit was nice and cool on arrival

We enjoyed the facilities in the park. We stayed in a standard cabin as we had a jet ski and we were not sure it would fit near the deluxe cabins. The staff were not able to tell us over the phone. We will return but definitely in the deluxe cabins.

Comfortable and roomy cabin. Nice surroundings. Sofa a bit low and soft for older guests but bed great. No complaints except that strong internet service was pretty unavailable most of the time. Lots to see and reasonably friendly office staff. Thanks for a good stay.

The property is really nice and very relaxing. Our cabin was run down and could do with an upgrade. One of our beds weren’t made and we had to make it. The bed was comfortable. The floor was a little dirty and could of used a mop. The bathroom was so small and the shower was so small we had trouble washing.
Some of our neighbours were noisy and it didn’t stop at night. But that’s not managements fault.
We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again.

Have stayed here before and very happy again Came to Eildon for a boating weekend with other family members and enjoyed ourselves very much Beautiful setting next to Goulburn River and loved the bird life Always enjoy the morning walks around the park
