The property was very clean and well maintained. The beach was only 25m away and with a large public park for our son was a great location to stay and will definitely tell our friends about the place

There was a lovely long shower cubicle. It would have been nice if there had been a rail at the end of the cubicle where we could hang wet togs/swimmers/cossies.

We really enjoyed our 4 nights here. The cabin was lovely and clean and well presented. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect location for access to the beach and Batehaven shopping strip. Maos Thai Restaurant was amazing for dinner :)

Very bad staff and not nice at all. Specially the lady in the reception she is disrespectable the customer. When you want to spend your vacation in nice place and nice have a nice services from the hotel staff. This hotel you is not your choice at all.The staff they are not good at all and there's no any services at this hotel.

We had an issue with hotel staff "not the first time",, they charge us after check-out some extra fees.. when we ask why? there answer "Villa was not clean".
This time we spent 2 hours clean the villa very well including toilets and I recorded video for that.
The surprised is they charge me 100 for same reason!
Be careful they always do that even if you cleaned your villa.

The cabin was clean & well maintained. Also loved the location as right across the road from local shops to get fresh bread and pastries every day or buy food for dinner. Very convenient. Would stay again.

Overall we were very satisfied with the accomodation. It was clean and the kitchenette had sufficient equipment to prepare basic meals. The ensuite bathroom was large with storage space for toiletries and the shower had good pressure with constant hot water. Swimming pool was good, and there is an ecxellent playground next to the van park.
Direct access to the beach from the Caravan Park, and the local shops, just across the road, include a bakery cafe, IGA, butcher, restaurant and bottle shop amoungst others. Short drive to the main shopping centre or surf beaches.

Absolutely loved my stay here and recomend to all. With 2 rooms a beach frontage friendly campers all around I do feel ive had a great holiday. The local restaurant are a bit pricey but it is christmas holidays and being ripped off is the norm. With lots to do and some beautiful beaches to discover if your adventurous. My best rating two thumbs and the cheesy smile for Clyde View.
