Very out dated. Needs a make over.

Very bad service and un tide room no toilet papers. No soap or shampoo in bathroom. All blanket are stinky !

If you are attending an event at Kardinia Park you might consider this place, being within walking distance, but you will be disappointed. With a price only slightly less than far better hotels in town, this motel was very disappointing. Inadequate heating, only one electric blanket working, grubby bathroom. Even with a 4-way powerboard there were not enough power points to run the appliances in the room (fridge, microwave, TV, aircon, tiny column heater, two electric blankets (one not workign), two bedside lights), let alone anything of your own. The power points near the bed were loose and coming away from the wall. The power points in the bathroom were oriented so you couldn't fit a wall charger (e.g. for phone) in. There were no sachets of coffee or sugar, and the two teabags (one green, one peppermint) were on the floor beside the fridge. There was also no milk for a cuppa. Lesser concerns included tight parking space, and very dated decor, but you could excuse those for a cheap motel, which this was not. I should think an electrical safety inspection would be in order.

Bathroom towels were stained, no milk provided for coffee

The price for that hotel should be at backpackers hostel pricing... so so outdated and should be $50 a night not $180.. very very plain

No-one available to check in until nearly 2.30pm, the room was terrible with no wifi, tv was free to air and continually dropped out. The first two units were utilised by women who were turning 'tricks' all day (until approx 11pm) that was clearly audible through the wall. Curtains were ripped and ill fitting, beds looked old and unclean. There was no milk available for coffee...and no cutlery. The end units were occupied by men who were very vocal in the carpark outside until 2.30am, my thoughts were that they were selling "goods".

Staff were super friendly & helpful, lovely clean comfortable rooms. Great parking 👌 will definitely stay again when in Geelong

While the owners were nice the place was not clean. There was chewing gum left on the bedside lamp. There was not enough towels for booked in guests. The electrical cords were not tag and tested and there were power boards due to not enough power points for the facilities they provided. There were no bowls or spoons only cups and a plate. Very disappointing as it could have so much potential

The mattresses was hard as rocks no tea , coffee etc kettle milk and that cost me $200 per night

I got the family room for half discount and it was excellent. Near to Thai restaurant. Reception was very accommodating. I'm just uncomfortable with the pillows as it was too high for my head. I was not able to find the key drop off for early checkout.

I do not recommend this hotel! I paid $200 non refundable deposit for a twin room and when I called the owner to add an extra person he answered 'what' and said I had to pay $30 for an extra person as he said I booked on wotif and they take taxes and rest on commission. When I agreed he said I was a good girl which I thought was very unprofessional. When I checked in on arrival he said I was very beautiful, good looking and wanted to know personal details such as if I was seeing my mate who was with me , where I live, my job and if it was just me and my girlfriend staying. But when I told him my guy mate was staying with us he seemed disappointed. He made me write my credit card details on paper. He made me feel uncomfortable. There was a curtain behind the counter and I had suspicion that he might of been watching us on cameras however I couldn't see any in the room. The room was very outdated.. wifi didn't work! my friend slept in a single bed with Bob The Builder bed sheets as if they couldn't afford proper hotel sheets and she was itchy during the night . The room was very old.. the double bed sheet had holes and had a wax mark.. there was old soap marks in the shower and discloration on the walls and ripped carpet.. the room is definitely needed to be renovated and was not worth the money. The aircon was old and made noises.. The parking was very narrow. We also saw many men come out of the front room which we think is used for sexual services.

Simple and sweet. Only issue was no sleep because of a crazy noisey guest walking up and down yelling mum o jumbo.

Absolutely disgusting room. Nothing was clean, the bedding had some kind of dirty debris in the sheets. The bedside lights had exposed wires. The door jambs looked like they were never cleaned and there looked like actual human faeces smeared across the inside of the door. Public toilets are cleaner than this room. Stay away from this place.

Literally no investment in this property for many years. Bedding clean tho!

The staff member on arrival was quite rude as we turned up at 9pm, even though he was messaged telling him what time we were arriving.

This motel was absolutely filthy. Rooms smell like cigarette smoke and the carpets were disgusting. The TV had food all over the screen and the shower was gross. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Nice stay

Clean and comfortable no frills accommodation. We stayed in the family room as we had a big group which suited us. Room looked newly renovated

There was nothing we liked, the room was dirty and smelt, we were so disappointed that we went some where else for the 2nd, night we had booked, We will not be staying there again. There were stains on the Bed Quilt, and the towels were also stained. It was disgusting.

I have been trying to make a complaint about this accomodation rental to Wotif but finding if difficult to do so. I’m pleased to find an email asking my experience. In summary, the venue is awful! I have never had anyone, no one, yell at the top of their voice in quite a threatening tone as what occurred with the man who was checking us in today. This venue should not be advertised as a recommended site. We were too scared to sleep there the night so we drove back home. Please remove this from your listing.
