I paid for a motel room and got a shack without shower or toilet

Expedia didn't high light that the room I booked didn't have a toilet or shower. I had to pay extra for an upgraded room.
The vanity was tiny and there wasn't a shelf to put things on, like your toothbrush and paste.

Straightforward- no complications. For the overnight stay we chose the simplest/cheapest motel unit. It was up to our expectations. Even though the staff mentioned that the wifi was unlikely to work in the wet weather, we were able to connect for what we needed. . it had its intermittent moments and was a little slow, but it worked. Air conditioning was quiet and excellent. Would go there again.

Staff were helpful and approachable. No bathroom in pet friendly motel room. Had to use their park amenities. Was expensive to use washing machines and dryers.

The park itself looks very unkept. Bed was comfortable aircon worked well. Tv was unusable as remote wasn’t working probably batteries so was only able to turn on and stuck on same channel and volume. Few small cockroaches running around. All round average. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Bedding looked like it hadnt been changed from previous guests, floor was dirty and aircon heating didnt work and when we tried to turn it off, couldnt do that either

I booked a pet friendly motel room. Checking in I was told I was upgraded to a pet friendly cabin.
I was then charged an additional $40 pet fee!
The cabin was not clean, the dirt and dust behind the bed was disgusting I had to clean the bed side table. There was a lamp on both sides of the bed but could use one for the wasn’t a power point to plug in the other lamp .
The were no comfortable chairs we had to use the outdoor chairs to watch TV very uncomfortable!
This is the worst accommodation we have ever experienced!

Originally booked cabin with no bathrooms, thankfully another cabin was available for an additional fee. Shower broken, something a cleaner should have picked up when cleaning. Overall okay accommodation for what we needed
