This motel is in a great location just up the road from town and supermarkets, food shops with easy access to the motorway. Room was warm when I arrived which was great on a cold Dunedin day. Hosts were lovely. Rooms are large, very clean and tidy, shower had great water pressure with soap and shampoo provided which is not so common these days. Comfy bed had a great nights sleep. Would recommend and will stay here again,

Staff was extremely accomodating at friendly. We arrived a few hrs before check-in time and they let us check in early. They also lent us their vacuum cleaner for our vacuum seal bags and gave us extra rubbish bags. Motel was very clean and spacious. Living area had a quren bed but there was still plenty of room to put our bags and walkly freely. cooking equipment was generous. A microwave was also included. Around 15min to the airport and 25min to thw city center. Very convenient for us. Only downside was that there was no hair dryer, fans or heatpump. It got quite hot inside the motel.

A tad soulless - from gardens not well maintained to bland dark rooms- some brighter lights would help. Ok for one night stay when no other options. The unit was clean and the bed comfortable enough for one night. Shower pressure was very good and highlight if the stay.

Very nice and neat. Comfortable bed. Light industry nearby but I didn’t find it very noisy. Bit hard to get out of if turning right.

Nice and clean but the room I had the shower water ran under door and flooded bathroom unfortunately I had my clothes on the floor, so they got wet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay and our unit felt like home with full kitchen and full cupboards. Our unit was spacious for all our visitors and comolete with spa bath. With extra parking for our visitors. Close Walking distance to fine affordable dining and all Mosgiel shops. Service was very helpful and friendly. Definetly recommend this quiet motel.

I was heading from Tiano to Christchurch, taking the seacoast route, so needed a place to stay halfway between on te anau and Christchurch this was just off of route one very comfortable. They arrange for a late check-in and John very nice restaurant nearby. It was perfect for a one night layover. On my way to Christchurch.

Was very well situated close to shops and motorway. Room was tidy and well serviced. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

I did not like the fact i could only get 2 tv channels and the security lights from tractor yard next door shined though the useless curtains it was like sleeping in the middle of the road at midday so I give it 2 out of 10

Could see how they were trying to stop water from getting out of the shower but unfortunately it didn't work and bathmat also moved when opening the shower door. The outside light streaked through the room for the majority of the night to the point where it was almost as bright as daylight in the room, making hard to go to sleep. The room has no access to these lights. The staff were lovely and we had high hopes but it was that light that frustrated us the most.

Good stay, need to clean out ash trays, and remove disgraced ciggie butts by units.
