The hotel was very nice and the staff were great, but the area around isn’t the nicest. Some okay food options pretty close by. Also, maybe it was just the weekend I stayed but trying to get an uber was hard, not many nearby.

The property was very nice and well maintained. The staff was friendly and excellent. The hotel was conveniently located to convenience stores, restaurants and shopping.

Overall the hotel was nice but our room definitely needed a more thorough cleaning. The glasses in the room had lip stick marks on them which were dirty. The towel in the bathroom had tiny black hairs on it which again, indicated it was dirty. The sink was clogged and you couldn’t run water for longer than a second before it would go down so that you could use it. The shower had little black hairs all over the walls and soap dish tray and appeared as though it hadn’t been cleaned after the previous customers. The rest of the hotel seemed clean/nice so we were disappointed that our room was not.

Fairfield Marriott is becoming my go to for our vacation stays. The Hot Springs location did not disappoint. It was a beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Would 100% recommend this location to anyone traveling to the area!

I really liked this hotel. Me & my boyfriend visited for a quick weekend getaway & it was very nice. The room was very spacious & clean. We did have an issue with our TV once we arrived but the staff was very efficient with fixing the issue as well as taking money off our first nights stay & providing breakfast vouchers which I thought was very nice. If I ever visit Hot Springs again, I will definitely stay here!

Excellent service, the front desk gal was very nice and she was able to check us in before three pm since our room was available. She even helped us plan our evening.

The gentleman that checked us in was very kind and helpful! After check in he called us by name for our few interactions. We have stayed here before and he was just as great then! Really appreciate the genuine care and kindness he radiates.

My family of 5 stayed here why we visited Hot Springs in a 5 minute drive to downtown and all the bath houses. Definitely will stay here again. Kids loved the pool.

Plugs don’t work, usb ports for charging available but not in working condition. We charged our smart watches in our car. Coffee maker was broken, not in working condition, front desk sent staff to replace it for us. TV kept playing Marriott ads and no other controls on remote worked, had to call front desk again to fix the TV. We saw two cockroaches during our 2 night stay at this hotel.

I like that it was across the street from a bowling alley and in walking distance from food places. That location was not from the strip where everything was like shops and the park.

Tanya did not like that I had booked through Expedia and as such stated I would not earn points etc… then when I requested a bottle of water she said that only those members who booked through the site could get water bottle. She was extremely condescending and treated me as though I never travel. When I was headed to my room I noticed a lovely water canister and that is all she should have stated was that they had complimentary water around the corner. Instead of trying to make me feel bad for booking through a 3rd party.

I got stuck in the elevator. The front desk thought it was funny when I called to let them know, laughing and saying 'someone's on the way with a key, but usually they can just push it open' when they opened it up I told them what the front desk said and asked if this happens often and the lady said it never happens. Other than that the hotel was nice.

It’s so handy having a bistro/bar in the lobby- we were travelling with our toddler and it’s so much easier than worrying about where to eat after a long drive! Charlene at the bar was especially wonderful!
